Description
(7)請求項7記載の本発明は、オゾンガスを発生させるオゾン発生工程と、
フィルム材に孔径5〜20μmの透過孔を1cm2当たり10〜50個の範囲で形成する透過孔形成工程と、
前記透過孔形成工程にて形成した透過孔フィルム材を容器状に成形すると共に、適当な位置でシールすることで所望の個数のセルを形成する容器成形工程と、
前記オゾン発生工程により発生させたオゾンガスを前記容器成形工程にて形成した前記セル内部へ大気圧の圧力と等しい圧力で封入するオゾン封入工程と、を有することを特徴とするオゾン放出体の製造方法とした。

ここで、殺菌・消毒に用いるための実用的なオゾンの濃度はおよそ0.5ppm以上であれば十分であることが分かっている。また試験の結果5〜15ミクロン程度の孔であると透過孔から適量にオゾンが放出され、この放出を長時間効果的に持続可能であることを、オゾン放出体Aを用いた以下の実験によって確認した。
オゾンガス不透過性のフィルム材により容器状に形成した容器にオゾンガスを封入して形成したオゾン放出体であって、前記フィルム材には、オゾンガスの分子を透過可能である微細な透過孔を複数個設けたことを特徴とした。
Claims (7)
- オゾンガス不透過性のフイルム材により形成したフイルム容器にオゾンガスを大気圧と同じ圧力で封入して形成したオゾン放出体であって、
前記フィルム材にはオゾンガスの分子を透過可能である孔径5〜20μmの透過孔を1cm2当たり10〜50個の範囲で設け、しかも、前記フィルム容器は複数のセルに分けて、前記フィルム容器内のオゾンガスを分割して収納可能としたことを特徴とするオゾン放出体。 - 請求項1記載のオゾン放出体において、前記各セルの容積は1〜50ccの範囲にあることを特徴とするオゾン放出体。
- 請求項1及び2のいずれか1項に記載のオゾン放出体において、前記フィルム材の厚みは、10〜100μmであることを特徴とするオゾン放出体。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のオゾン放出体において、オゾンガスの濃度は1000〜10000ppmの範囲であることを特徴とするオゾン放出体。
- 請求項1記載のオゾン放出体において、前記各セルはオゾンガス不透過性のプラスチック素材からなる片面凸状部を有し、該セルの裏面側にオゾン透過素材を有して構成されることを特徴とするオゾン放出体。
- 請求項1記載のオゾン放出体において、前記セルはミシン目を有して分離可能となっていることを特徴とするオゾン放出体。
- オゾンガスを発生させるオゾン発生工程と、
フィルム材に孔径5〜20μmの透過孔を1cm2当たり10〜50個の範囲で形成する透過孔形成工程と、
前記透過孔形成工程で形成した透過孔フィルム材を、容器状に成形すると共に、適当な位置でシールすることで所望の個数のセルを形成する容器成形工程と、
前記オゾン発生工程で発生させたオゾンガスを、前記容器成形工程にて形成した前記セルの内部に大気圧の圧力と同じ圧力で封入するオゾン封入工程と、
を有することを特徴とするオゾン放出体の製造方法。
