Claims (6)
- アスファルト混合物層の下面から上方の所定の厚さの範囲の空隙をミルク状の材料で充填する舗装構築方法であって、
前記アスファルト混合物層の表面上に所定量の前記ミルク状の材料を配置する配置工程と、
前記アスファルト混合物層に振動を加えることにより、前記表面に配置された前記ミルク状の材料を前記アスファルト混合物層に浸透させて空隙を充填する加振工程と、
前記加振工程後に前記ミルク状の材料が前記表面上に残留しているときに、当該残留している前記ミルク状の材料に対して上方から気体を吹き付けて当該ミルク状の材料を移動させることにより、前記範囲の空隙を前記ミルク状の材料で充填する吹付工程と、
を含んでいることを特徴とする舗装構築方法。 - 前記吹付工程は、コンプレッサ又はブロワを用いて前記気体を前記残留しているミルク状の材料に対して吹き付けることにより実行されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の舗装構築方法。
- 前記吹付工程は、前記残留しているミルク状の材料に対して斜め上方から前記気体を吹き付けることにより実行されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の舗装構築方法。
- 前記吹付工程は、前記残留しているミルク状の材料に対する前記気体の吹付方向を変化させながら実行されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の舗装構築方法。
- 前記吹付工程は、前記残留しているミルク状の材料に対して、所定配列の複数の吹付口から前記気体を一斉に吹き付けることにより実行されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の舗装構築方法。
- 前記ミルク状の材料はセメントミルクであり、Pロートを用いて測定されたフロー値が10秒未満、好ましくは8秒以上10秒未満であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の舗装構築方法。
