Claims (15)
- 容量性センサ回路の助けによってコンテナ(10)の内容物の水準を測定するための方法であって、センサ(22)は電線(24)によって既知の周波数(f)の交流電圧源(26)に接続され、
前記線(24)での電流の流れを測定装置(28)で測定および/または表示するステップを備え、測定された電流の強さは前記内容物の水準に正比例し、
交流電圧を前記内容物(12)に印加するまたは前記内容物において生じさせるステップと、
単一のパッシブに作用するセンサ(22)および前記コンテナの前記内容物からなるキャパシタの静電容量を水準として測定しかつ表示するステップとをさらに備え、
前記センサ(22)は前記コンテナ(10)の壁(20)に取付けられ、前記コンテナ(10)において予測されるすべての水準の高さにわたって延在することとを特徴とする、コンテナの内容物の水準を測定するための方法。 - 前記センサ(22)は非導電性材料の壁(20)の外側に取付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記交流電圧源(26)は前記内容物(12)から分離して接地されていることを特徴する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記センサ(22)は導電性の内容物(12)に沈められかつ導電性の内容物から電気的に絶縁されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- いくつかのセンサ(22)が前記コンテナ(10)の中にまたは前記コンテナ上の異なる場所に取付けられ、平均値がセンサ(22)のすべての静電容量値から生成されかつ表示されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 1つまたはそれより多いセンサ(22)の電流の強さは時定数が数秒であるRCローパ
スフィルタ回路(30)によって決定されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記測定装置(28)で決定された値は信号として使用され、充填水準を自動的に訂正するための装置を起動することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の方法でコンテナ(10)の内容物(12)の水準を測定するための装置であって、単一のセンサ(22)を特徴とする容量性センサ回路を含み、単一のセンサは前記コンテナ(10)の中にまたは前記コンテナ上に取付けられ、単一のセンサに交流電圧源(26)が電線(24)によって接続され、静電容量を決定するための測定装置(28)が前記線(24)で接続され、
前記コンテナ(10)の中にまたは前記コンテナ上に取付けられた単一のセンサ(22)と前記内容物(12)に印加されることで前記内容物を容量的に充電する交流電圧(26)とを特徴とする容量性センサ回路を含み、前記測定装置(28)で決定された静電容量は水準として測定されかつ表示される、コンテナの内容物の水準を測定するための装置。 - 前記コンテナ(10)が電池として使用されるときに、前記交流電圧が前記内容物(12)においてパルス充電またはパルス放電によって生じ、内容物は電解質として作用し、前記センサ(22)でこのようにして生じた容量性電流消費は前記測定装置(28)で測定され、電池の電解質水準、充電状態または一般的な状態としてパルス特徴の関数で表示される、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記センサ(22)は前記コンテナ(10)の外部壁(20)に取付けられ、外部壁は非導電性材料で作られ、センサは少なくとも前記コンテナ(10)において予測されるすべての水準の高さにわたって延在することを特徴とする、請求項8から9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記センサ(22)は信号線(48)によって弁(44)のための駆動装置(46)に接続され、前記弁は、前記コンテナに接続され、前記コンテナに新しい内容物を自動的に充填するための線(38)において設置されることを特徴とする、請求項8から10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 電子制御ユニット(50)は前記センサ(22)の出力側に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記センサ(22)は充填水準の関数として信号を発し、信号は制御信号として前記信号線(48)を通して前記駆動装置(46)に伝えられることを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(50)は前記駆動装置(46)のための電気制御信号を生じることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記弁(44)は電気または電磁駆動装置(46)を有することを特徴とする、請求項8から14のいずれかに記載の装置。
