Description

The present invention relates to a packaging body that has flexibility, such as vehicle roofing, has an unstable posture, and can reliably and stably stack and package relatively large plate-like workpieces. Is.

When transporting a relatively large plate-shaped workpiece, a packing member and a packing structure for packing have been conventionally proposed.

Conventionally, as this type of technology, a vehicle sunroof glass packaging member and a lining packaging structure are known (see, for example, Patent Document 1-2).
JP-A-8-58873 JP-A-6-321252

Patent Document 1 relates to an exterior member of a vehicle sunroof glass plate that is a rigid body, in which a plurality of glass plates are juxtaposed in front and back via a reinforcing member on a mount, and both sides of the mount are folded to wrap the sides of the glass plate. Wrap and place a spacer on the side of the upper half of the glass plate placed side by side, cover the ceiling plate on the upper end of the glass plate, and fold the upper half of the glass plate on both sides of the ceiling plate. This is an idea of extending the packaging of articles with wrapping paper.
In Patent Document 1, the object to be packed is limited to a rigid work that does not bend like a sunroof glass plate, and therefore the packing can only be used for vertical stacking. Since packaging is similar in structure to packaging with wrapping paper, it is necessary to repack a package that is packaged with another member that is somewhat rigid.

Patent Document 2 is a lining packaging structure in which a work is bent, with the lining vertically oriented on the bottom of the packaging framework with the top open, and a plurality of linings arranged side by side, with the bottom, sides and center of the lining The support member is structured to be supported by a support member, and the support member has a sawtooth shape having a plurality of concave grooves, and supports the peripheral edge of the lining by fitting it into the concave grooves. The support member is made of a resin foam material such as polyurethane foam.
Since the technique of this patent document 2 packs a flexible work in the vertical direction, there is a risk of lack of stability, and since it supports in the vertical direction, there are problems such as damage to the lower end.
Also, when packing, a steel packing framework, a support member made of foamed resin, etc. are required, and there are a wide variety of parts with different or many components, and since the support member is a resin foam material, When trying to dispose of this, it is bulky and the transportation cost is high, and if it is to be disposed of by incineration, a problem of toxic gas occurs, it is not suitable for landfill, and it is not preferable in terms of environment.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
