かつ上記各トレーの側板と上記熱可塑性合成樹脂薄フィルムの上記係合用折曲部とを接合すると共に、上記左面に対応する上記係合用折曲部と上記右面に対応する係合用折曲部の境界部をカットし、
上記左面又は右面の物品収納凹部に物品を収納した状態において、上記物品収納凹部と上記一方のトレーの底板間に空間を介在させることにより、上記一方のトレーの側板とフィルムの平坦面により上記物品を宙吊り状態で支持し、
さらに上記フィルムの中央部から折り曲げて他方のトレーの物品収納凹部を一方のトレーの物品収納凹部に対向配置可能としたものであって、
上記トレー底板に起立板を設け、起立板上縁で上記熱可塑性合成樹脂薄フィルムの平坦面裏面を支持するように構成し、
上記起立板の上部に係合突起を設け、上記熱可塑性合成樹脂薄フィルムの平坦面の対応部分には上記係合突起が嵌合し得る柔軟性のある係合凹部を塑性変形により形成し、
上記係合突起と上記係合凹部との嵌合により上記フィルムと上記起立板とを接合するものであることを特徴とする物品の宙吊り包装装置。
