- 質量%で、
Mg:0.4〜1.0%、
Si:0.6〜1.4%、
Mn:0.4超〜1.0%
を含有し、残部はAlおよび不可避不純物からなり、冷間圧延ままの加工組織を有し、導電率が40〜60%IACSであることを特徴とする、塗装焼付け硬化性に優れた超塑性成形用6000系アルミニウム合金板。 - 質量%で、さらに、
Cr:0.02〜0.5%
を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の塗装焼付け硬化性に優れた超塑性成形用6000系アルミニウム合金板。 - 質量%で、さらに、
Ti:0.005〜0.15%、
B :0.0001〜0.05%、
Fe:0.03〜0.4%
の1種または2種以上を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の塗装焼付け硬化性に優れた超塑性成形用6000系アルミニウム合金板。 - 質量%で、さらに、
Cu:0.1〜1.0%
を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の塗装焼付け硬化性に優れた超塑性成形用6000系アルミニウム合金板。 - 質量%で、さらに、
Sn:0.01〜0.15%
を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の塗装焼付け硬化性に優れた超塑性成形用6000系アルミニウム合金板。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の成分を有する鋳塊を均質化焼鈍を行わずに加熱後、450〜550℃の温度範囲で熱間圧延を開始し、350℃以下の温度で熱間圧延を終了し、冷間圧延を行って製造することを特徴とする、塗装焼付け硬化性に優れた超塑性成形用6000系アルミニウム合金板の製造方法。
