Description
本発明は、ブレーキ室ハウジング内のストンシールドに組み込まれたセンサを含んでいる。ストンシールドは、センサがブレーキアクチュエータの他の作動部品と接触しないようにセンサを保護している。例えば、ストンシールドは、ばねによってセンサが接触しないように保護している。
Claims (7)
- 関連するブレーキを作動させるピストンロッドの移動を検出するためのセンサーシステムを有するブレーキアクチュエータであって、
開口部を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に収容され且つ前記開口部を貫通して延びるピストンロッドを有するピストンと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、一端が前記ピストンに当接し且つ前記ピストンロッドの動作に伴って前記ピストンによって圧縮されるばねと、
前記ばねの他端が当接し、前記ピストンロッドの動作に伴って圧縮される前記ばねの圧縮量を測定し、該測定した圧縮量に基づいて、前記ばねが過度に圧縮されていることを検出するロードセルと、
を有する、ブレーキアクチュエータ。 - 前記ロードセルは、該測定した圧縮量が予め設定された範囲を超えていることを検出することにより、前記ばねが過度に圧縮されていることを検出する、請求項1に記載のブレーキアクチュエータ。
- 前記ばねが過度に圧縮されていることを前記ロードセルが検出したときに作動され、それにより前記ピストンの過度なストロークの状態を知らせるインジケータを含む、請求項1に記載のブレーキアクチュエータ。
- 前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記ピストンロッドを囲むストンシールドを含み、前記ロードセルが前記ストンシールドに埋め込まれている、請求項1に記載のブレーキアクチュエータ。
- 前記ロードセルが前記ばねの圧縮量を連続的に監視する、請求項1に記載のブレーキアクチュエータ。
- 前記ロードセルが、前記ストンシールドに埋め込まれたワイヤにより前記制御装置に動作可能に接続されている、請求項4に記載のブレーキアクチュエータ。
- 関連するブレーキを作動させるピストンロッドの移動を検出するためのセンサーシステムを有するブレーキアクチュエータであって、
開口部を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に収容され且つ前記開口部を貫通して延びるピストンロッドを有するピストンと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記ピストンロッドを囲むストンシールドと、
前記ピストンと前記ストンシールドとの間に配置され、前記ピストンロッドの動作に伴って前記ピストンによって圧縮されるばねと、
前記ばねから保護されるように前記ストンシールドに埋め込まれ、前記ピストンロッドの動作に伴って圧縮される前記ばねの圧縮量を測定するロードセルを備え、該ロードセルが測定した圧縮量に基づいて、前記ピストンがストローク外の状態にあることを検出するセンサと、
からなるブレーキアクチュエータ。
