Claims (4)
- EL素子を含む照光式押釦スイッチ用部材であって、対向電極層回路が第1電極層回路と第2電極層回路とからなり、前記第1電極層回路は複数のキートップ部に敷設され、複数の該第1電極層同士は導通しておらず、前記第2電極層回路は隣接する前記キートップ部同士の間領域に敷設されて隣接する前記第1電極層回路同士を導通させている照光式押釦スイッチ用部材の製造方法であって、
前記照光式スイッチ用部材の原材料であるELシートを形成する工程において、該ELシートに次工程で隣接するキートップ部同士の間領域内となる予定の箇所を除いて第1電極層回路を形成し、次に前記ELシートにキートップ形状を賦形加工し、次いで前記間領域内に第2電極層回路を設けることを特徴とする照光式押釦スイッチ用部材の製造方法。 - 前記EL素子中の透明電極層が、導電性ポリマーで形成してあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照光式押釦スイッチ用部材の製造方法。
- 前記第2電極層回路は、前記第1電極層回路を形成している素材と実質的に同種の素材で形成してあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の照光式押釦スイッチ用部材の製造方法。
- 前記第2電極層回路は、カーボンブラック又はグラファイトで形成してあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の照光式押釦スイッチ用部材の製造方法。
