Claims (3)
- 周囲側面に熱絶縁性材を用いて密封された槽を形成し、この槽内の空気を撹拌するファンと第1温度制御手段によって制御される冷却器とを具えた恒温槽装置において、
前側面が熱絶縁性材で構成され、他側面は熱伝導性材で構成されたチャンバーを、前記前側面を槽の1側面に位置させてその槽内部に複数個装着し、これらのチャンバー相互間及び他の側面間に間隙を形成して槽内にエアジャケットを形成し、
前記各チャンバーは、それぞれ第2温度制御手段によって制御されるヒータと、試料を収容する複数の容器と、該容器内に収容した試料の温度を測定する温度測定手段とを有し、
前記複数の容器は、1つが温度補償用の容器となって、該温度補償用の容器を基準として他の容器が等距離に配置されており、
前記温度測定手段により温度補償用の容器内の試料の温度とそれ以外の容器内の試料の温度の差を測定することにより、所定の温度試験条件下における試料自体の内部的な要因による前記容器内の試料の実質的な温度変化を求めることを特徴とする恒温槽装置。 - 前記第1温度制御手段の設定温度は、前記試料の試験温度として設定された温度以下に設定され、前記各チャンバーの温度は、第2温度制御手段が、第1温度制御手段の設定温度との温度差を補償するようにそれぞれチャンバーのヒータを制御して、各チャンバーの温度をそれぞれ所望に設定している請求項1の恒温槽装置。
- 前記請求項1または2記載の恒温槽装置を具えたことを特徴とする温度試験装置。
