Description
−スピーカの音響エネルギ散乱は周波数が高くなるにつれて減少する。
他方で、閉塞部材の背面29、すなわち、スピーカ11の振動板19に対向している面は輪郭曲線が設けられているのが好ましい。例えば、本願に例示されているように、背面は球状に突出して、かつ、振動板19と音響放射平面Pとの間に画定される空間に嵌合する。より正確に言うと、凸状ドーム形の表面31と第1の対称平面P1のそれぞれ両側にある2個の湾曲した凹状の側方へこみ部33との交差部により画定される。2つの湾曲した側方へこみ部33は第1の対称平面P1に関して互いに対称であり、各側方へ込み部それ自体は、第2の対称平面に関して対称である。
Claims (10)
- 可動振動板(19)がその外側端縁で、音響放射平面(P)を画定しているフレームを形作っている剛性シャーシ(15)に取付けられ、同じ構成を有する他の直接放射式スピーカと連結されるようにされている直接放射式スピーカであって、
該直接放射式スピーカとこれに連結された他の直接放射式スピーカとの間における干渉をより広い周波数帯域において防止するために、
前記フレーム内の音響放射平面の中央領域を塞ぐ閉塞部材(25)を更に有し、
その閉塞部材の両側には前記音響放射平面に二つの広い開口部が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする、直接放射式スピーカ。 - 前記閉塞部材(25)は剛性構造であり、前記振動板の軸線(x−x')を含む第1の対称平面(P1)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスピーカ。
- 前記閉塞部材が、前記振動板の前記軸線を含むとともに、前記第1の対称平面に直交する第2の対称平面を有していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のスピーカ。
- 前記閉塞部材が実質的に平面状の前面(27)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のスピーカ。
- 前記閉塞部材が輪郭曲線を有する背面(29)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項3又は請求項4に記載のスピーカ。
- 前記前面が全体的に矩形であることを特徴とする、請求項4又は請求項5に記載のスピーカ。
- 前記背面(29)が球状に突出しており、かつ、前記振動板(19)と前記音響放射平面(P)との間に画定されている空間内に嵌合することを特徴とする、請求項5又は請求項6に記載のスピーカ。
- 前記背面が、ドーム状の表面(31)と前記第1及び第2の対称平面のうちの一方の平面のそれぞれ両側に設けられた2つの湾曲した側方へこみ部(33)との交差部により画定されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のスピーカ。
- 前記ドーム状の表面(31)が、対向する振動板の一部と実質的に同じ形状であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のスピーカ。
- 前記閉塞部材(25)が、その閉塞部材(25)の対称平面の両側に、2つの湾曲した側方へこみ部(33)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項5又は請求項6に記載のスピーカ。
