Claims (3)
- カテーテル内へ、高可撓柔軟性の先端部分を有する可撓性細長線条体の医療用ガイドワイヤを挿入した組立体において、
前記医療用ガイドワイヤは、芯材の外周部に樹脂被覆した構成から成り、前記樹脂被覆の先端部分は、先端が半球状で手元側が径小となる流線形頭を有する流線形丸線部に形成されると共に、前記流線形丸線部の後方に、後方増径斜面の鋸刃部の連設から成る鋸刃線条部を設けた構造を有し、前記鋸刃線条部は、血流と逆方向の挿入時には、前記流線形丸線部および前記後方増径斜面の作用で血流の動圧に対する抵抗を小にして、血流と同方向の挿入時には、血流を鋸刃部の前記後方増径斜面で誘導して、前記鋸刃線条部の環状の鋸刃群の前記後方増径斜面以外の面に衝接させ、この衝接力の利用により前進推力付与作用とし、かつ前記カテーテル内へ手元側から先端側へ向けて注入剤の注入力・噴射力を利用することにより前記衝接力利用による前進推力付与作用を増幅させて血管内深部挿入性を向上させたことを特徴とするカテーテルと医療用ガイドワイヤとの組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のカテーテルと医療用ガイドワイヤとの組立体において、前記医療用ガイドワイヤの外径は、0.25粍で、前記カテーテルは内径が1.42粍〜1.47粍としたことを特徴とするカテーテルと医療用ガイドワイヤとの組立体。
- 請求項1または2のいずれか1に記載のカテーテルと医療用ガイドワイヤとの組立体において、前記医療用ガイドワイヤの鋸刃部をスパイラル状に形成して、芯材先端部に放射線不透過材によるメッキ処理を施し、かつ放射線不透過材を混入した樹脂被覆から成ることを特徴とするカテーテルと医療用ガイドワイヤとの組立体。
