Claims (7)
- 内殻及び外殻を有する耐圧層と、この耐圧層の内側に形成された気密樹脂層と、を備える極低温複合材圧力容器を製造する方法であって、
気密樹脂層の融点以上の加熱に耐え得る繊維強化樹脂複合材で前記内殻を成形する内殻成形工程と、
前記内殻の内面に熱可塑型気密性樹脂フィルムを融着することにより前記気密樹脂層を形成する気密樹脂層形成工程と、
前記気密樹脂層の融点未満の温度で成形される繊維強化樹脂複合材で前記外殻を成形する外殻成形工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする極低温複合材圧力容器の製造方法。 - 前記気密樹脂層形成工程で、前記熱可塑型気密性樹脂フィルムを前記内殻の内面に融着する際に、前記熱可塑型気密性樹脂フィルムをその融点未満の温度で加熱することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の極低温複合材圧力容器の製造方法。
- 前記内殻成形工程は、
円形開口部と、略半球状の底部と、を備え前記内殻を構成する繊維強化樹脂複合材製の第1の容器を成形する第1容器成形工程と、
前記第1の容器の前記円形開口部と同径の円形開口部と、略半球状の底部と、この底部に設けられた孔と、を備え前記内殻を構成する繊維強化樹脂複合材製の第2の容器を成形する第2容器成形工程と、を有し、
前記気密樹脂層形成工程は、
広幅辺と狭幅辺とこれらを結ぶ2つの長辺とを有する長尺略台形状の熱可塑型気密性樹脂フィルムである特定形状フィルムを複数調製するとともに、この特定形状フィルムの前記長辺に沿って複数本の切れ目を設けるフィルム調製工程と、
前記切れ目を介して複数の前記特定形状フィルム同士を繋ぎ合わせることにより、前記第1の容器及び前記第2の容器の内面形状に各々沿う2つの膜体を形成する膜体形成工程と、
前記2つの膜体を前記第1の容器及び前記第2の容器の内面に各々載置して加圧・加熱し、前記特定形状フィルム同士を融着して接合するとともに前記特定形状フィルムを前記第1の容器及び前記第2の容器の内面に融着して前記気密樹脂層を形成するフィルム融着工程と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の極低温複合材圧力容器の製造方法。 - 前記孔の周囲で前記内殻の外面に接着されるフランジを有する口金を製作する口金製作工程と、
前記口金の前記フランジを前記内殻に接着剤で接着する口金取付工程と、を備え、
前記気密樹脂層形成工程は、
前記口金から前記内殻の内面にわたり、前記フランジと前記内殻との接着部を被覆するように熱可塑型気密性樹脂フィルムを融着して口金取付部気密樹脂層を形成する口金取付部気密樹脂層形成工程をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の極低温複合材圧力容器の製造方法。 - 前記熱可塑型気密性樹脂フィルムは、液晶ポリマフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の極低温複合材圧力容器の製造方法。
- 前記内殻を炭素繊維強化型ポリイミド系複合材で成形し、
前記外殻を炭素繊維強化型エポキシ系複合材で成形することを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の極低温複合材圧力容器の製造方法。 - 前記内殻成形工程、前記気密樹脂層形成工程、前記外殻成形工程の順で施工することを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の極低温複合材圧力容器の製造方法。
