Claims (9)
- 金属部材と、繊維強化樹脂複合材料で形成される複合材料部材とを接合する金属樹脂接合方法であって、
前記金属部材と前記複合材料部材との間の第1領域に、熱硬化性接着剤である第1接着剤を塗布し、前記金属部材と前記複合材料部材との間の第2領域に、熱硬化性接着剤である第2接着剤を塗布する塗布工程と、
前記第1領域に対向する前記金属部材の第1照射領域にレーザ光を照射し、前記第1接着剤を加熱して硬化させて、前記金属部材と前記複合材料部材とを仮付け接着させる仮接着工程と、
前記仮接着工程の後に、前記第2接着剤を硬化させて、前記金属部材と前記複合材料部材とを接着させる本接着工程と、
を含む金属樹脂接合方法。 - 前記仮接着工程の前に、前記第1照射領域、又は、前記第2領域に対向する前記金属部材の第2照射領域にレーザ光を照射し、前記第1接着剤又は前記第2接着剤を加熱して硬化させて、前記金属部材と前記複合材料部材とを一時的に接着させる一時接着工程を含み、
前記仮接着工程では、前記一時接着工程の後に前記金属部材と前記複合材料部材との接合位置がずれていた場合、前記金属部材と前記複合材料部材とを引き離し、位置決めした後に仮付け接着される、請求項1に記載の金属樹脂接合方法。 - 前記本接着工程では、前記第2領域に対向する前記金属部材の第2照射領域にレーザ光を照射し、前記第2接着剤を加熱して硬化させる、請求項1又は2に記載の金属樹脂接合方法。
- 前記仮接着工程と前記本接着工程とでは、前記第1接着剤又は前記第2接着剤の種類、加熱温度又は加熱時間の少なくとも1つが異なる、請求項3に記載の金属樹脂接合方法。
- 前記第1接着剤と前記第2接着剤とが同一種類である場合、
前記第1接着剤の加熱時間と前記第2接着剤の加熱時間とは異なる、
請求項4に記載の金属樹脂接合方法。 - 前記第1接着剤と前記第2接着剤とが異なる種類である場合、
前記第1接着剤の加熱温度と前記第2接着剤の加熱温度とは異なる、
請求項4に記載の金属樹脂接合方法。 - 前記第2接着剤は、常温養生で硬化可能であり、
前記本接着工程では、常温養生で前記第2接着剤を硬化させる、請求項1又は2に記載の金属樹脂接合方法。 - 前記本接着工程では、前記仮接着工程の後に前記金属部材と前記複合材料部材との接合位置がずれていた場合、前記金属部材と前記複合材料部材とを引き離し、位置決めした後に本接着される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の金属樹脂接合方法。
- 前記金属部材と前記複合材料部材との接合面において、前記第1領域と前記第2領域とは、前記接合面に対して平行な方向にかかるせん断応力の大きさに基づいて規定される請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の金属樹脂接合方法。
