Description
相互対向する第1及び第2主面を有する高分子固体電解質膜と、上記高分子固体電解質膜の第1及び第2主面の表面に各々浸潤して形成された第1及び第2伝導性ポリマー層を含む固体電気活性駆動機を提供する。
本実施例は固体ポリマー膜として32%のアクリロニトリル成分が含まれたNBR膜を使用した。上記NBR膜の厚さは約180μmであった(図4a参照)。

Claims (8)
- 相互対向する第1及び第2主面を有する高分子固体電解質膜;及び、
上記高分子固体電解質膜の第1及び第2主面の表面に各々浸潤して形成された第1及び第2伝導性ポリマー層を含む固体電気活性駆動機であって、
上記高分子固体電解質膜はアクリロニトリルブタジエンゴム(acrylonitrile butadiene rubber: NBR)から得たことを特徴とする固体電気活性駆動機。 - 上記第1及び第2伝導性ポリマー層は上記伝導性ポリマー物質の単量体を各表面に浸透させた後重合させ得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電気活性駆動機。
- 上記第1及び第2伝導性ポリマー層は、ポリピロール、ポリアニリン、ポリ(3,4-エチレンジオキシチオフェン)、ポリアセチレン、ポリ(p-フェニレン)、ポリチオフェン、ポリ(p-フェニレンビニレン)及びポリ(チエニレンビニレン)で成る群から選択された伝導性ポリマー物質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電気活性駆動機。
- 上記高分子固体電解質膜は固体ポリマー膜を液体電解質またはイオン性液体に沈浸して有機陽イオンまたは有機陰イオンを上記固体ポリマー膜に浸透させ得たことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電気活性駆動機。
- 相互対向する第1及び第2主面を有する固体ポリマー膜を設ける段階;
上記固体ポリマー膜の第1及び第2主面に伝導性ポリマーの単量体を浸透させた後これを重合させることにより第1及び第2伝導性ポリマー層を形成する段階;及び
上記固体ポリマー膜をイオン性液体または液体電解質に沈浸して伝導性ポリマーに変換させる段階を含む固体電気活性駆動機の製造方法であって、
上記固体ポリマー膜はアクリロニトリルブタジエンゴム(acrylonitrile butadiene rubber: NBR)であることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 上記第1及び第2伝導性ポリマー層を形成する段階は、
上記固体ポリマー膜を伝導性ポリマーの単量体溶液に沈浸させる段階と、上記固体ポリマー膜の表面に単量体成分を重合させ伝導性ポリマー層を形成する段階と、上記固体ポリマー膜の側面が露出するよう所定の大きさに切断する段階を含み、
こうして上記切断された固体ポリマー膜はその第1及び第2主面に形成され各々切断された側面により分離された第1及び第2伝導性ポリマー層を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の固体電気活性駆動機の製造方法。 - 上記伝導性ポリマー形成段階において使用される単量体はピロール、アニリン、エチレンジオキシチオフェン、アセチレン、フェニレン、チオフェン、フェニレンビニレン及びチエニレンビニレンで成る群から選択された少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の固体電気活性駆動機の製造方法。
- 上記イオン性液体または液体電解質は、イミダゾリウム、ピリジウム及び第4級アンモニウムで成る群から選択された有機陽イオンと、BF4 -、CF3SO3 -及び(CF3SO2)2N-で成る群から選択された有機陰イオンを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の固体電気活性駆動機の製造方法。
