Claims (41)
- 入口及び出口を備えた反応チャンバと、
前記反応チャンバの近くに配置されたガス収集チャンバと、
前記ガス収集チャンバに接続された調整器と、
からなり、前記調整器が、前記ガス収集チャンバ内の圧力に応じて前記反応チャンバへの反応物の流量を制御する生成システムであって、前記反応物が、金属水素化物水溶液又は過酸化水素からなる、生成システム。 - 前記調整器が、前記反応チャンバ入口を調整する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記調整器が、前記反応チャンバ出口を調整する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記反応チャンバが触媒を収容する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記金属水素化物水溶液が、水素化ホウ素ナトリウムからなる請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記調整器が、ダイアフラムシールを備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記調整器が、ポペットバルブを備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記調整器が、ロッカーバルブを備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記調整器が、膨張式バッグを備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記調整器が、二連ピストンを備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記調整器が、ピストンポンプを備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記調整器が、圧力変換器、コントローラ、及び電気機械式バルブを備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 燃料極と、
空気極と、
前記燃料極と空気極の間に配置されたプロトン交換膜と、
前記燃料極に結合された請求項1の生成システムと
を備えており、前記反応物が金属水素化物水溶液を含む、燃料電池システム。 - 燃料極と、
空気極と、
前記燃料極及び前記空気極の間に配置されたプロトン交換膜と、
前記空気極に接続された請求項1の生成システムと、
からなり、前記反応物が過酸化水素からなる、燃料電池システム。 - 入口及び出口を備えた反応チャンバを通して反応物を流すステップと、
前記反応物を触媒と反応させ、ガスを生成するステップと、
前記ガスの圧力を検知するステップと、
前記検知した圧力に基づいて反応物の流れを調整するステップと、
前記ガスを燃料電池に供給するステップと、
を包含し、前記反応物が金属水素化物水溶液又は過酸化水素からなる、燃料電池の運転方法。 - 前記反応チャンバ入口を通る反応物の流量を調整するステップをさらに包含する請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記反応チャンバ出口を通る前記反応生成物の流量を調整するステップをさらに包含する請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記燃料電池に供給される前記ガスを反応させて電気エネルギーを生成するステップをさらに包含する請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記生成された電気エネルギーを用いて携帯式電気機器に電力を供給するステップをさらに包含する請求項18に記載の方法。
- 反応物を反応させガスを生成する反応手段と、
前記ガスを収集する収集手段と、
前記収集手段内の圧力に応じて、前記反応手段への反応物の流量を調整する調整手段と、
からなり、前記反応物が金属水素化物水溶液又は過酸化水素からなる、生成システム。 - 前記反応手段が、触媒を収容する請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記金属水素化物水溶液が、水素化ホウ素ナトリウムからなる請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記調整手段が、ダイアフラムシールを備える請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記調整手段が、ポペットバルブを備える請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記調整手段が、ロッカーバルブを備える請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記調整手段が、膨張式バッグを備える請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記調整手段が、二連ピストンを備える請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記調整手段が、ピストンポンプを備える請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記調整手段が、圧力変換器、コントローラ、及び電気機械式バルブを備える請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 入口及び出口を備える反応チャンバを作り出すステップと、
前記反応チャンバと接続された収集チャンバを作り出すステップと、
前記収集室チャンバ内の圧力に応じて前記反応チャンバへの反応物の流れを制御する調整器を作り出すステップと、
を包含し、前記反応物が金属水素化物水溶液又は過酸化水素からなる、生成システムを製造する方法。 - 前記反応チャンバ内に触媒を組み込むステップをさらに包含する請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記反応チャンバを反応物供給源と接続するステップをさらに包含する請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記収集チャンバを燃料電池と接続するステップをさらに包含する請求項30に記載の方法。
- 生成システムを調整する方法であって、
入口及び出口を備える反応チャンバ内で反応物を反応させてガスを生成するステップと、
前記ガスを、前記反応チャンバと接続された収集チャンバ内に収集するステップと、
前記収集チャンバ内の前記ガスの前記圧力を検知するステップと、
前記反応チャンバの入口圧力、前記反応チャンバの出口圧力、及び大気圧から成る群から選択される参照圧力を検知するステップと、
前記参照圧力と前記収集チャンバ圧力の圧力差に基づいて前記反応チャンバへの反応物の流れを調整するステップと、
を包含し、前記反応物が金属水素化物水溶液又は過酸化水素からなる、方法。 - 前記反応物の流れが、ダイアフラムシールによって調整される請求項34に記載の方法。
- 前記反応物の流れが、ポペットバルブによって調整される請求項34に記載の方法。
- 前記反応物の流れが、ロッカーバルブによって調整される請求項34に記載の方法。
- 前記反応物の流れが、膨張式バッグによって調整される請求項34に記載の方法。
- 前記反応物の流れが、二連ピストンによって調整される請求項34に記載の方法。
