Claims (13)
- 製品またはモールドに対して機能的関係にあるバーナーアセンブリから放射される火炎を移動させることにより製品を火炎処理するか又は製造する前記バーナーアセンブリの使用方法であって、
(a) 前記バーナーアセンブリ内に画定されるチャンバーと、前記チャンバーに連通し、かつ前記バーナーアセンブリ内に画定される少なくとも1つの火炎口を含む火炎噴射形成リングと、前記少なくとも1つの火炎口によって周囲を取り囲まれる放射口を有する放射管と、を有する前記バーナーアセンブリを、アーム器の先端に搭載する工程、
(b) エア/ガス混合物が前記チャンバー及び前記少なくとも1つの火炎口に亘り一様に分配されるように、かつ前記チャンバーに供給される前記エア/ガス混合物のすべてが前記少なくとも1つの火炎口を通じて大気中に流出するように、前記チャンバーに前記エア/ガス混合物を供給する工程、
(c) 前記エア/ガス混合物が、前記バーナーアセンブリの前記火炎噴射形成リングから放射する環状の火炎を作る前記少なくとも1つの火炎口から出た後、前記エア/ガス混合物に点火する工程、
(d) 前記環状の火炎の少なくとも一部分が、所望時間、基体の所望部分に直接接触するように、基体に対して前記バーナーアセンブリを相対移動する工程、及び
(e) 前記環状の火炎が製品もしくはモールドに直接接触する間、前記放射管の前記放射口から混合物を望むようにスプレーし、前記混合物の少なくともいくらかが、製品の火炎処理部分の少なくとも一部に化学的に結合され、それにより改良された接着性で製品上に続けてコーティングを施す工程、を含み、
前記混合物は、前記環状の火炎を製品に直接接触させることによって作製される製品の酸化表面の少なくとも一部分に化学的に結合される多量のカップリング剤を含有する流体混合物を含有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記流体混合物は、製品の処理面を別の色にさせる多量の着色剤をさらに含有し、製品の処理面は、火炎処理された後、前記カップリング剤及び前記着色剤をスプレーされる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流体混合物は、製品の処理面の静電塗装を容易にするために多量の電解質をさらに含有し、製品の処理面は、火炎処理された後、前記カップリング剤及び前記電解質をスプレーされる、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記カップリング剤は、多官能基有機化合物を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記多官能基有機化合物はポリエチレンイミンを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 製品またはモールドに対して機能的関係にあるバーナーアセンブリから放射される火炎を移動させることにより製品を火炎処理するか又は製造する前記バーナーアセンブリの使用方法であって、
(a) 前記バーナーアセンブリ内に画定されるチャンバーと、前記チャンバーに連通し、かつ前記バーナーアセンブリ内に画定される少なくとも1つの火炎口を含む火炎噴射形成リングと、前記少なくとも1つの火炎口によって周囲を取り囲まれる放射口を有する放射管と、を有する前記バーナーアセンブリを、アーム器の先端に搭載する工程、
(b) エア/ガス混合物が前記チャンバー及び前記少なくとも1つの火炎口に亘り一様に分配されるように、かつ前記チャンバーに供給される前記エア/ガス混合物のすべてが前記少なくとも1つの火炎口を通じて大気中に流出するように、前記チャンバーに前記エア/ガス混合物を供給する工程、
(c) 前記エア/ガス混合物が、前記バーナーアセンブリの前記火炎噴射形成リングから放射する環状の火炎を作る前記少なくとも1つの火炎口から出た後、前記エア/ガス混合物に点火する工程、
(d) 前記環状の火炎の少なくとも一部分が、所望時間、基体の所望部分に直接接触するように、基体に対して前記バーナーアセンブリを相対移動する工程、及び
(e) 製品もしくはモールドの所望部分にマットを形成させるために、前記環状の火炎を製品もしくはモールドに直接接触させる間、前記放射管の前記放射口から前記環状の火炎を通じて前記粉末をスプレーする際に、製品もしくはモールドの表面にスラリーを推進させる工程、を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記スラリーは、切り刻んだ繊維ガラススラリーである、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記粉末は、ポリエステル樹脂もしくはエポキシ樹脂を含有する、ことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの火炎口は、前記バーナーアセンブリの前後軸に関して平行である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの火炎口は、形が円形である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの火炎口は、前記バーナーの前後軸と同心である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記放射管は、前記バーナーの前後軸に平行である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記環状の火炎の形状を調節するように前記放射管の放射口から推進剤を噴射する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
