Description
さらに別の目的は、一連の離散時間画像を具備する場面の改良されたアクセス、制御及び記憶を提供することである。
発明のさらに別の目的は、効率的な色合わせを有するコンピュータシステムにおいてカラー場面を記憶表示することである。
関連記憶メモリからフレームをアクセスするための意味論は、直接的である。
上記の減算演算は、「予測器」機能と考えられる。即ち、時間における次のピクセルは、前フレームと同一であると予測される。このため、アクチュエータ121aは、情報を表現するために必要なデータ量を縮小するための「予測器」を生成する。所与の予測が不正である時のみ、例えば、B−Aピクセルエントリの少なくとも一つが、非ゼロである時のみ、多くの情報を記憶又は伝送することが必要である。
この値は、A、BとCのすでに取得された値から、カメラにおける圧縮器と、記憶から又は通信回線に沿って受信された時減圧器によって生成される。

Claims (1)
- ディジタルデータフレームのシーケンスを圧縮するための圧縮システムであり、該ディジタルデータフレームの各々は、場面の固定線部分がビデオカメラにおいて結像されたラインセンサーのピクセルにおいて検出された輝度値を表現するnビットグレースケール数の列を形成し、該シーケンスは、nビット数の行のアレイを形成する圧縮システムにおいて、
A.該ディジタルデータフレームの各々を、mビットのグレースケールの列に変換するためのグレースケール変換手段であり、この場合、整数mはnよりも小さく、これにより、mビット数の行のアレイを形成するグレースケール変換手段と、
B.mビット数の行の該アレイの各行において、隣接フレームにおける等価mビットグレースケール数の発生数のカウントを設けるカウンター手段と、
C.等価mビット数のあらゆる行シーケンスが、一つのmビット値とそのカウントによって表現される如く、mビット数の行の該アレイの各行を再フォーマットするための行再フォーマット手段と、
D.行の該アレイの各再フォーマット行を順次に記憶するためのメモリ再フォーマット手段とを具備し、
これにより、該圧縮システムは、結像された視野の固定線部分を表現するディジタルデータフレームの該シーケンスを記憶するために必要なメモリを縮小する圧縮システム。
