Claims (6)
- 二次電池の電流、電圧の測定結果を元に二次電池のインピーダンスを求め、電池特性を参照して二次電池を評価する方法において、
前記二次電池に流れる電流の周波数を順次変えて前記インピーダンスを求め、前記インピーダンスと前記電池特性から前記二次電池の残量を求めると共に、インピーダンス演算の合い間に逐次に測定される二次電池の積分電流を元に残量変化の補正値を求め、前記残量と前記補正値を平均して二次電池の残量を求め、前記残量と前記インピーダンスから求めた前記二次電池の寄生容量を元に劣化演算を行って寿命を求め、前記積分電流を元に寿命変化の補正による第2の補正値を求め、前記寿命と前記第2の補正値を平均して二次電池の寿命を求めることを特徴とする二次電池評価方法。 - 二次電池の電流、電圧の測定結果を元に二次電池のインピーダンスを求め、電池特性を参照して二次電池を評価する方法において、
前記二次電池に流れる電流の周波数を順次変えて前記インピーダンスを求め、前記インピーダンスと前記電池特性から前記二次電池の残量を求めると共に、インピーダンス演算の合い間に逐次に測定される二次電池の積分電流を元に残量変化の補正値を求め、前記残量と前記補正値を平均して二次電池の残量を求め、前記残量と前記インピーダンスから求めた前記二次電池の寄生容量を元に劣化演算を行って寿命を求め、前記積分電流を元に寿命変化の補正による第2の補正値を求め、前記寿命と前記第2の補正値を平均して二次電池の寿命を求め、前回までの残量または寿命の演算結果による誤差を保持し、前回の演算結果からの変化分を補正した今回の演算結果による誤差を演算し、前回までの誤差と今回の誤差を元に重み付け平均することを特徴とする二次電池評価方法。 - 二次電池の電流、電圧の測定結果を元に二次電池のインピーダンスを求め、電池特性を参照して二次電池を評価する方法において、
前記二次電池に流れる電流の周波数を順次変えて前記インピーダンスを求め、前記インピーダンスと前記電池特性から前記二次電池の残量を求めると共に、インピーダンス演算の合い間に逐次に測定される二次電池の積分電流を元に残量変化の補正値を求め、前記残量と前記補正値を平均して二次電池の残量を求め、前記残量と前記インピーダンスから求めた前記二次電池の寄生容量を元に劣化演算を行って寿命を求め、前記積分電流を元に寿命変化の補正による第2の補正値を求め、前記寿命と前記第2の補正値を平均して二次電池の寿命を求め、前記積分電流の誤差に応じて前記残量の演算を行う周期(t intval )を適正化することを特徴とする二次電池評価方法。 - 二次電池の電流、電圧の測定結果を元に二次電池のインピーダンスを求め、電池特性を参照して二次電池を評価する方法において、
前記二次電池に流れる電流の周波数を順次変えて前記インピーダンスを求め、前記インピーダンスと前記電池特性から前記二次電池の残量を求めると共に、インピーダンス演算の合い間に逐次に測定される二次電池の積分電流を元に残量変化の補正値を求め、前記残量と前記補正値を平均して二次電池の残量を求め、前記残量と前記インピーダンスから求めた前記二次電池の寄生容量を元に劣化演算を行って寿命を求め、前記積分電流を元に寿命変化の補正による第2の補正値を求め、前記寿命と前記第2の補正値を平均して二次電池の寿命を求め、前記二次電池の寄生容量と温度の特性を元に前記劣化演算の補正を行うことを特徴とする二次電池評価方法。 - 二次電池の電流、電圧の測定結果を元に二次電池のインピーダンスを求め、電池特性を参照して二次電池を評価する方法において、
前記二次電池に流れる電流の周波数を順次変えて前記インピーダンスを求め、前記インピーダンスと前記電池特性から前記二次電池の残量を求めると共に、インピーダンス演算の合い間に逐次に測定される二次電池の積分電流を元に残量変化の補正値を求め、前記残量と前記補正値を平均して二次電池の残量を求め、前記残量と前記インピーダンスから求めた前記二次電池の寄生容量を元に劣化演算を行って寿命を求め、前記積分電流を元に寿命変化の補正による第2の補正値を求め、前記寿命と前記第2の補正値を平均して二次電池の寿命を求め、前記インピーダンスの演算は、1〜1000Hzの周波数から選ばれた3点以上に対し、前記周波数の1点を示すAC電流負荷の動作に応じて二次電池の電流、電圧を測定し、その後、前記周波数の他の点における電流、電圧を測定することを特徴とする二次電池評価方法。 - 二次電池の電流、電圧の測定結果を元に二次電池のインピーダンスを求め、電池特性を参照して二次電池を評価する方法において、
前記二次電池に流れる電流の周波数を順次変えて前記インピーダンスを求め、前記インピーダンスと前記電池特性から前記二次電池の残量を求めると共に、インピーダンス演算の合い間に逐次に測定される二次電池の積分電流を元に残量変化の補正値を求め、前記残量と前記補正値を平均して二次電池の残量を求め、前記残量と前記インピーダンスから求めた前記二次電池の寄生容量を元に劣化演算を行って寿命を求め、前記積分電流を元に寿命変化の補正による第2の補正値を求め、前記寿命と前記第2の補正値を平均して二次電池の寿命を求め、前記残量または前記寿命の演算では、前記インピーダンスに基づく演算手法とインピーダンス演算間に逐次行なわれる積分電流の検出に基づく演算手法を併用し、前記演算手法による演算結果を重み付け平均することを特徴とする二次電池評価方法。
