Claims (12)
- 第1のリーン空気/燃料混合物で作動する燃焼工程のリーン排ガス中でアンモニアを用いて窒素酸化物を選択的に接触還元する方法であって、この際、選択的還元に必要なアンモニアを、NH3−合成工程において、一酸化窒素を含有する第2のリッチな空気/燃料混合物から生成物ガス流の形成下に一酸化窒素のアンモニアへの還元により獲得する、選択的接触還元法において、一酸化窒素のアンモニアへの還元のためにNH3−合成工程において一酸化窒素を含有する第2の空気/燃料混合物を三元触媒上を通し、このようにして生じたアンモニアをアンモニア洗浄器により生成物ガス流から分離して、選択的接触還元における需要に応じて使用するために、アンモニアのための貯蔵媒体として働く洗浄液により吸収して該貯蔵媒体中に貯蔵することを特徴とする、窒素酸化物の選択的接触還元法。
- 第2の空気/燃料混合物中に含有される一酸化窒素をNO−合成工程において熱プラズマまたは電気アーク放電により空気から獲得し、生じたガス混合物を燃料の添加によりリッチにする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 第2の空気/燃料混合物中に含有される一酸化窒素を形成するために、リッチな空気/燃料混合物をNO−合成工程において電気ガス放電により処理する、請求項1記載の方法。
- NO−合成工程において一酸化窒素の形成のために、第2の空気/燃料混合物に一酸化窒素の形成のために最適化された熱燃焼を実施する、請求項1記載の方法。
- アンモニアの分離の後、生成物ガス流を燃焼工程の排ガス流に添加混合する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- アンモニアの分離の後、生成物ガス流の一部をNO−合成工程またはNH3−合成工程の入口に供給する、請求項5記載の方法。
- 三元触媒および貯蔵媒体がNH3−合成工程においてリアクター中に相前後して設けられている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- アンモニアのための貯蔵媒体として水を使用する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- アンモニアの吸収を二酸化炭素の同時の吸収により改善する、請求項8記載の方法。
- 燃焼工程が自動車の内燃機関中での過化学量論組成の空気/燃料混合物の燃焼である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- NO−合成工程、NH3−合成工程並びにアンモニア−洗浄器がマイクロリアクターシステムの形で構成されている、請求項10記載の方法。
- 三元触媒が電気的に加熱される、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
