Description
Claims (6)
- アルゴン−プラズマ凝固(APC)用の装置であって、アルゴン−プラズマ凝固機器に貴ガスを供給するためのアルゴンソースと、前記アルゴン−プラズマ凝固機器に高周波電流を供給するための高周波ソースと、制御及び/又は調整エレメントとを備え、当該制御及び/又は調整エレメントは、前記高周波ソース及び前記アルゴンソースに接続されるとともに、当該アルゴン−プラズマ凝固用装置の起動後、貴ガスをイオン化するための高周波電圧のスイッチが入る前に、あるいは、貴ガスをイオン化するための高周波電圧のスイッチを入れられるようになる前に、特定量の貴ガスが前記アルゴン−プラズマ凝固機器から流出するように設定されており、前記特定量が、燃焼性ガスの濃度、及び/又は、その燃焼性ガスが燃える原因となるガスの濃度を、ガス混合物の点火が不可能となる程度にまで低減するために必要な量であることを特徴とする、アルゴン−プラズマ凝固(APC)用装置。
- 高周波電圧のスイッチが入る前に、あるいは、高周波電圧のスイッチを入れられるようになる前に前記アルゴン−プラズマ凝固機器から流出する前記貴ガスの量が前もって調節できることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のアルゴン−プラズマ凝固(APC)用装置。
- 2つの起動期間の間の休止が長くなればなるほど、及び/又は、先行する起動期間が短ければ短いほど、高周波電圧のスイッチが入る前に、あるいは、高周波電圧のスイッチを入れられるようになる前に前記アルゴン−プラズマ凝固機器から流出する前記貴ガスの量が増えることを特徴とする、請求項1 又は 2記載のアルゴン−プラズマ凝固(APC)用装置。
- 当該アルゴン−プラズマ凝固用装置の起動から高周波電圧が印加されるまでの時間的間隔の間、まだ高周波電圧が印加されていないことをユーザーに知らせる、あるいは、まだ高周波電圧が印加できないことをユーザーに知らせる音響的及び/又は視覚的信号が発せられることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のアルゴン−プラズマ凝固(APC)用装置。
- 前記特定量のアルゴンが前記アルゴン−プラズマ凝固機器から流出されない限り、高周波電圧が印加されない、あるいは、高周波電圧を印加できないことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のアルゴン−プラズマ凝固(APC)用装置。
- 当該装置の起動後ではあるが、高周波電圧が印加される前の貴ガスが流出する流量(単位時間当たりの容量)が、アルゴン−プラズマ凝固手順中において高周波電圧が印加された後の貴ガスの流量よりも高くなるような仕方で、該装置が制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置。
