Claims (9)
- 特に、塗料、ラッカー、コーティング材、ワニス、その他の液体材料をそれらの使用に必要な粘性率に保持するための保温器(1)であって、前記保温器(1)が、壁(2)の付近に、前記壁(2)を少なくとも部分的に二重にする穿孔パネル(3)を備えて、前記壁(2)と前記パネル(3)との間に緩衝スペース(8)を形成し、
前記穿孔パネル(3)が、二重にされた保温器の壁に向かい合って背面をなす面に、少なくとも一つの電熱素子を支持する形材(5)を備えて、電熱素子とパネル(3)との間の熱交換を促す放射パネルであり、前記電熱素子が、パネル(3)の背面に沿って接する蛇状の電熱線(4)から構成され、保温器(11)の内部で、少なくとも伝導により、保温器の温度を所定の範囲内に保持し、
前記電熱線(4)が、電子カード(12)に接続され、この電子カードが、少なくとも一つの時間比例制御手段と、加熱される体積の慣性変動および熱損失に応じたヒステリシスの調整手段と、低エネルギーレベルで電力切換を行うために0ボルトの電圧でリセットするTRIACタイプの電力部品制御手段と、加熱機能を禁ずる温度測定センサ遮断タイプの安全性の任意選択手段とを内蔵することを特徴とする保温器。 - 裏壁部分(2)の付近に、前記裏壁(2)を少なくとも部分的に垂直面で二重にする穿孔放射パネル(3)を備えて、裏壁(2)とパネル(3)との間に緩衝スペース(8)を形成し、前記パネル(3)が、保温器(1)の裏壁(2)に向かい合って背面(3A)をなす面で、パネル(3)の背面(3A)に沿って接する少なくとも一つの蛇状の電熱線(4)を支持することにより、保温器(1)の内部で、少なくとも伝導により、保温器(1)の温度を所定の範囲内に保持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保温器(1)。
- 前記パネル(3)の背面(3A)が、設置状態で電熱線(4)を覆うシュート形の形材(5)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の保温器(1)。
- 前記シュート(5)が、保温器(1)の下から上に温度を均質化するように、場合によっては様々な間隔をあけて、好適には平行に列状に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の保温器(1)。
- 各シュート(5)が、電熱線(4)の各断面を覆うように手で折り曲げ可能な周辺縁(5A)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の保温器(1)。
- 前記電熱線(4)は、保温力が外部温度に応じて決定されるタイプの自動制御式の線であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の保温器(1)。
- 保温器(1)のエンクロージャが、上部に、このエンクロージャの雰囲気の温度を均質化する内部換気手段(7)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の保温器(1)。
- 前記換気手段(7)が、エンクロージャの上部に設けられた箱の内部に収容され、前記箱が、外部雰囲気から保温器の保存体積を上部で隔離するエアスペースを形成することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の保温器(1)。
- 各放射パネル(3)が、同様の隣接パネルに組立可能なモジュラー素子を構成し、保温器(1)の裏壁(2)等の壁の寸法に関する特性をカバーすることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の保温器(1)。
