Abstract
【解決手段】ラドン放出線源は、アルミナを主成分とする多孔質セラミックスからなる担体に放射性ラジウムを定着させてなるものであり、とくに放射性ラジウムの定着前に、担体表面を酸エッチングするとよい。担体を放射性ラジウム溶液内に浸漬し、乾燥後に担体の焼結処理を行うことによって得られる。

Claims (5)
- アルミナを主成分とする多孔質セラミックスからなる担体に放射性ラジウムを定着させてなるラドン放出線源。
- 放射性ラジウムの定着前に、担体表面を酸エッチングしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のラドン放出線源。
- 担体を放射性ラジウム溶液内に浸漬し、乾燥後に担体の焼結処理を行うこととした請求項1記載のラドン放出線源の製造方法。
- 担体の表面を酸エッチングする第1工程と、担体を放射性ラジウム溶液内に浸漬する第2工程と、乾燥後に担体の焼結処理を行う第3工程とからなる請求項1記載のラドン放出線源の製造方法。
- ガス注入口とガス排出口を備えた密閉容器内にラドン放出線源を収容し、ガス注入口側から湿潤ガスを注入しつつ、ガス排出口側の出力を絞ることによって密閉容器内を高圧にしながら、ガス排出口側から放射性ラドンガスを得ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2いずれか記載のラドン放出線源を用いた放射性ラドンガスの生成方法。
