Description
該断熱空間部内に位置付けられ、被保冷物が保管される保冷室を規定する良伝熱性の遮断壁体を有し、
前記遮断壁体のうち側壁及び天井壁は伸縮吸収部材で船体の断熱材に固定し、底面壁がフラットバーを介して四角柱の中空形金物に固定され、船体の構造物に固定することなく配置され、
該遮断壁体と前記断熱壁との間の空間が冷風循環空間として規定され、
冷風が直接前記被保冷物に触れることなく保冷を行い、
前期遮断壁体の少なくとも一部分はその伝熱面積が大きくなる形状に成形されていることを特徴とし、好ましくは前記冷風循環空間内に冷風発生装置が配置されされていることを特徴とするものである。
特に、本発明では、前記遮断壁体は、船体の構造物に配設されている遮断壁体はその側壁及び天井壁が温度変化に起因する伸縮を前記ボルトのたわみ(伸縮吸収部材)で吸収するように構成している。
又本発明の冷凍漁船用低温保冷庫は、前記遮断壁体の側壁及び天井壁をその伝熱面積が大きくなるように波型に成形したので、冷風循環空間を循環する冷風によって効率的に保冷室内を冷却することができ、その結果、被保冷物の鮮度及び鮮色を良好に保つことができるという効果がある。

Claims (3)
- 断熱壁で形成された断熱空間部と、
該断熱空間部内に位置付けられ、被保冷物が保管される保冷室を規定する良伝熱性の遮断壁体を有し、
前記遮断壁体のうち側壁及び天井壁は伸縮吸収部材で船体の断熱材に固定し、底面壁がフラットバーを介して四角柱の中空形金物に固定され、船体の構造物に固定することなく配置され、
該遮断壁体と前記断熱壁との間の空間が冷風循環空間として規定され、
冷風が直接前記被保冷物に触れることなく保冷を行い、
前期遮断壁体の少なくとも一部分はその伝熱面積が大きくなる形状に成形されていることを特徴とする冷凍漁船用低温保冷庫。 - 前記遮断壁体の底板側に位置するフラットバーは、船体に固定することなく内張りベニア上に配置された底板フラットバー取付金物に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷凍漁船用低温保冷庫。
- 前記冷風循環空間内に冷風発生装置が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷凍漁船用低温保冷庫。
