Description
Claims (18)
- 成形品の製造のための顆粒の製造方法であって、連続再生セルロース繊維が引抜き処理でエンジニアリングプラスチックおよび接着促進剤のマトリクス材でコーティングされ、次いで粒状化され、さらにその後乾燥に引き続き、押出しされ、粒状化され、新たに乾燥され;エンジニアリングプラスチックが、ポリオレフィン、ポリオレフィン誘導体、PVC、またはポリアミドであることを特徴とする製造方法。
- 引抜き処理が1または複数の段階を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- エンジニアリングプラスチックの処理温度が240℃未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 繊維要素の引張り強さが、400MPa超であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 繊維要素の破断伸度が、5%超であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 10〜90重量%の繊維要素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 20〜42重量%の繊維要素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 接着促進剤が、マレイン酸コポリマーまたはイソシアン酸誘導体等であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 10重量%までの接着促進剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 2〜4重量%の接着促進剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 紫外線安定剤、またはさらなる添加物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 顆粒の長さが1mm〜15mmであり、顆粒中に含まれる繊維要素の長さが1mm〜15mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法で顆粒を製造し、射出成形処理によって成形品を製造することを特徴とする、成形品の製造方法。
- 射出成形処理中に、溶融顆粒の最高温度が、50〜700barでの射出圧力で190〜210℃であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 成形品に含まれる繊維要素片の長さが1〜8mmであることを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 成形品に含まれる繊維要素片の長さが主に2mm超であり、繊維要素片の15〜40%の長さが1.5〜5mmであることを特徴とする、請求項13、14または15に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 車両の内装の成形品を製造することを特徴とする、請求項13から16のいずれか1項に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 自動車のダッシュボードまたはドア・トリムの成形品を製造することを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の成形品の製造方法。
