Description
窪み6A1があり、この窪み6A1に貯氷容器8の一部に形成した凸部が嵌って位置決めされる構成である。自動製氷機7は電動機構7Aと電動機構7Aによって回転駆動される製氷皿7Bを備えている。製氷室6は扉12を開くことによってその前面開口は開放され、貯氷容器8を前方へ取り出し可能である。
で冷蔵庫の所定位置へ収納された状態において、手動操作にて製氷始動スイッチが入ると製氷工程が開始し、前記制御回路部200によってソレノイド66へ所定時間通電され、作動部材90が上昇して開閉弁61が給水口60を開き、補助タンク部9Cから製氷皿7Bへ一回の製氷に要する所定量の製氷用水が自然落下にて自動給水される。ソレノイド66が所定時間の通電後に非通電になると、図6のように開閉弁61が供給孔9Hを開くと共に給水口60を閉じるように下降するため、補助タンク部9C内の減少した量の製氷用水の補給は、主タンク容器9Bから供給孔9Hを自然落下して補助タンク部9Cへ供給されることにより行われる。
氷皿7Bが水平状態であれば、位置検知スイッチ201がONであるため、制御回路部200はこの位置検知スイッチ201のONの検出に基づき、その状態を記憶して電動機構7Aを駆動しない。
引き出しにて取り外し自在に構成して、自動製氷機7は電動機構7Aと製氷皿7Bを一緒に冷蔵庫1の前方へ引き出しにて取り外し可能である。

Claims (2)
- 給水容器(9)の底部に設けた給水口(60)と、この給水口(60)を開閉し給水時には前記給水容器(9)内の水を自然落下により下方に排出する開閉弁(61)と、給水時に前記開閉弁(61)を押圧して開け非給水時には前記開閉弁(61)と離間している作動部材(90)と、この作動部材(90)を駆動するための電子機器(66)とを備える自動製氷機付き冷蔵庫において、
前記給水の開始時には前記電子機器(66)により、前記作動部材(90)が前記開閉弁(61)に接するがこの開閉弁(61)を開くには力不足となるように駆動した後に、前記作動部材(90)が前記開閉弁(61)を開くように駆動したことを特徴とする自動製氷機付き冷蔵庫。 - 前記作動部材(90)は磁石であり、前記電子機器(66)はソレノイドであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動製氷機付き冷蔵庫。
