Claims (8)
- 透明な第1の基板と、
前記第1の基板と対向されるように配置された第2の基板と、
前記第1の基板と第2の基板との間に配置され、前記第1の基板及び第2の基板と共に放電セルを限定し、誘電体で形成された第1の隔壁と、
前記第1の隔壁内に配置されるものであり、前記放電セルを取り囲む上側放電電極と、
前記第1の隔壁内に配置され、前記上側放電電極と離隔されるものであり、前記上側放電電極とそれぞれ上下対称を成す下側放電電極と、
前記放電セル内に配置された蛍光体層と、を備え、
前記上側放電電極は、前記放電セル毎に取り囲む上側放電部と、前記上側放電部を連結する上側連結部と、を備え、前記下側放電電極は、前記放電セル毎に取り囲み、前記上側放電部とそれぞれ上下対称を成す下側放電部と、前記下側放電部を連結する下側連結部と、を備え、
前記上側放電電極は、一方向に沿って延び、前記下側放電電極は、前記上側放電電極が延びた方向と交差する方向に沿って延びていることを特徴とするプラズマディスプレイパネル。 - 前記上側放電電極の間の離隔された間隔は、前記下側連結部を挟んで離隔された下側放電部の間の間隔と同一であり、前記下側放電電極の間の離隔された間隔は、前記上側連結部を挟んで離隔された上側放電部の間の間隔と同一であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記上側放電部及び下側放電部は、それぞれ所定幅を有し、四角帯状よりなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記上側連結部及び下側連結部の幅は、前記上側放電部及び下側放電部の幅以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記第1の隔壁と第2の基板との間には、前記第1の隔壁と共に放電セルを限定する第2の隔壁がさらに備えられ、前記第2の隔壁により限定される空間内に蛍光体層が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記第1の隔壁の側面は、MgO膜により覆われたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記上側放電電極及び下側放電電極は、導電性金属で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記第1の隔壁は、前記放電セルを閉鎖型に区画することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
