Description

さらに、本発明のセンサシステムは、圧電板上の電荷重を表わす電荷信号を受けるために、該圧電板に接続された処理手段を有し、該処理手段は、さらに、遮断周波数以下で電荷信号から軸受の荷重を表わす測定信号を提供し、遮断周波数以上で電荷信号から軸受の加速度を表わす測定信号を提供し、センサ装置の遮断周波数f 0 が、ばねのばね定数をk、質量体の質量をmとしたとき、1/2π√(k/m)と設定されている。
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも一つの軸受輪(11)を有する軸受に作用する荷重を測定するための少なくとも一つのセンサ組立体であって、該少なくとも一つのセンサ組立体が圧電板を有している該センサ組立体を有しているセンサシステムにおいて、
少なくとも一つの軸受輪はセンサ組立体の保持のための空所(12)が形成され、センサ組立体は空所(12)内で半径方向に対向せる対向面(17,18)の間に直列搭載体を有し、該直列搭載体は圧電板(16)と、ばね定数kのばね(13)と、圧電板(16)とばね(13)との間に配置された質量mの質量体(14)とを有し、
センサシステムが、圧電板(16)上の電荷を表わす電荷信号を受けるために、該圧電板(16)に接続された処理手段(23)を有し、
該処理手段(23)は、遮断周波数以下で電荷信号から軸受の荷重を表わす測定信号を提供し、遮断周波数以上で電荷信号から軸受の加速度を表わす測定信号を提供し、センサ装置の遮断周波数f 0 が、ばね(13)のばね定数をk、質量体(14)の質量をmとしたとき、1/2π√(k/m)と設定されていることを特徴とするセンサシステム。 - 処理手段(23)が、さらに、軸受の加速度を表わす測定信号から軸受の正常性を決めるようになっていることとする請求項1に記載のセンサシステム。
- 電気絶縁板(15)が圧電板(16)の一方の側に配設されていることとする請求項1に記載のセンサシステム。
- センサ組立体は軸受軸線に対しほぼ直角に位置付けられていることとする請求項1に記載のセンサシステム。
- 空所(12)が少なくとも一つの軌道輪(11)に形成されていることとする請求項1に記載のセンサシステム。
- 空所(12)が軸受の少なくとも一つの転動体に形成されていることとする請求項1に記載のセンサシステム。
