この銀ろうは,銀(Ag),銅(Cu),亜鉛(Zn),錫(Sn),インジウム(In)を主成分とし,Ag:52〜54wt%,Cu:21〜23wt%,Zn:10〜13wt%,Sn:9〜12wt%,In:1〜5wt%を含み,さらに、残部の不可避不純物を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (1)
- 銀(Ag),銅(Cu),亜鉛(Zn),錫(Sn),インジウム(In)を主成分とし,Ag:52〜54wt%,Cu:21〜23wt%,Zn:10〜13wt%,Sn:9〜12wt%,In:1〜5wt%から成る,液相線が602℃以下で,室温での塑性変形が可能で,高い接合強度を有するろう付継手を提供できることを特徴とする低融点銀基ろう材。
