Description
Claims (8)
- 45〜99質量%のクロミア、及び、1〜55質量%のアルミナを含み、クロムを六価状態で安定化させるいずれかのアルカリ金属酸化物化合物を50ppm未満及びいずれかのアルカリ土類金属酸化物化合物を50ppm未満で含む、熱スプレー用粉末であって、α相以外の相のアルミナが総アルミナ含有量の10wt%を超えないように本質的に単相である熱スプレー用粉末。
- 前記粉末は50〜30質量%のアルミナを含む、請求項1記載の粉末。
- 粒子は5〜200μmのd50を有する、請求項1記載の粉末。
- いずれかのアルカリ金属酸化物化合物を120ppm未満及びいずれかのアルカリ土類金属酸化物化合物を120ppm未満で有するアルミナ粉末と、いずれかのアルカリ金属酸化物化合物を120ppm未満及びいずれかのアルカリ土類金属酸化物化合物を120ppm未満で有するクロミア粉末とを混合すること、ここで、かかるアルカリ金属酸化物化合物及びアルカリ土類金属酸化物化合物はクロムを六価状態で安定化させるために有効である、及び、
45〜99質量%のクロミア及び55〜1質量%のアルミナを含み、α相以外の相のアルミナが総アルミナ含有量の10質量%を超えない、本質的に単相の結晶性粉末を提供するように、前記粉末を1300〜1500℃の温度で焼成すること、
を含む、熱スプレー用粉末の製造方法。 - アルミナ粒子のd50粒子サイズはクロミア粉末のd 50の5〜20倍である、請求項4記載の方法。
- アルミナ粉末はα−アルミナ、γ−アルミナ、κ−アルミナ、δ−アルミナ、ベーマイト、アルミナ三水和物及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれる、請求項5記載の方法。
- クロミア粉末と混合されるアルミナ粉末はベーマイトである、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記アルミナ粉末はいずれかのアルカリ金属酸化物化合物を50ppm未満及びいずれかのアルカリ土類金属酸化物化合物を50ppm未満で有し、前記クロミア粉末はいずれかのアルカリ金属酸化物化合物を50ppm未満及びいずれかのアルカリ土類金属酸化物化合物を50ppm未満で有する、請求項4記載の方法。
