Claims (5)
- 中空管状のセンサ本体に固体電解質よりなるセンサ部を設け、前記センサ本体内に参照電極を充填すると共に、該参照電極に接触する参照極用リード線を設け、かつ、前記センサ本体が測定極用リード線を兼ねるようにし、前記中空管状のセンサ本体と底部とを別体とし、前記底部に固体電解質製の平板状のセンサ素子を使用し、中空管状のセンサ本体の底部開口を密閉した酸素センサにおいて、
前記中空管状のセンサ本体を、中空管状のセンサ素子取付け用絶縁スリーブと、液体金属に洗われる中空管状の耐食性スリーブと、中空管状の延長スリーブにより形成することを特徴とする酸素センサ。 - 前記中空管状の絶縁スリーブの下部開口に固体電解質製の平板状のセンサ素子を嵌合すると共に、その接合箇所をハーメチックシール等のシール材で封止することを特徴とする請求項1記載の酸素センサ。
- 前記固体電解質がイットリア添加ジルコニア、酸化カドリニウム添加ジルコニア、酸化スカンジウム添加ジルコニア、酸化イッテルビウム添加ジルコニアであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の酸素センサ。
- 前記耐食性スリーブがフェライト系ステンレス鋼、マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼、クロムモリブデン系ステンレス鋼であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の酸素センサ。
- 前記液体金属が本質的に鉛、ビスマス、鉛ビスマス合金であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の酸素センサ。
