Claims (2)
- 圧電素子を有する渦検出器と、検出された渦信号に応じたパルス信号出力或いはアナログ電流出力に変換する危険場所に設置されている変換器とを備え、変換された出力信号に基づき流量値を表示する本質安全防爆渦流量計システムにおいて、
一対の圧電素子検出線間に逆並列にダイオードを挿入することにより、圧電素子から、正負のいずれの方向に、所定値以上の電圧が発生しても変換器内部のキャパシタにはダイオードにてクランプされた電圧しか印加されないように構成したことから成る本質安全防爆渦流量計システム。 - 前記ダイオードは、前記変換器の入力側に接続されている請求項1に記載の本質安全防爆渦流量計システム。
