そこで、本発明は、肌のかぶれを抑制することが可能な吸収性物品を提供することを課題とする。
本発明のこのような作用および利得は、次に説明する発明を実施するための最良の形態から明らかにされる。
<第1実施形態>
図1(A)は、第1実施形態のおむつを概略的に示す上面図であり、図1(B)は、図1(A)に示したおむつを概略的に示す底面図である。いずれの図においても、おむつは緊張状態に保持されている。
(A)水溶性スキンケア剤
水溶性スキンケア剤は、水溶性または水分散性を有すると共に、かぶれや炎症の発生を抑制し、かぶれや炎症が生じた場合には、当該かぶれや炎症の進行を抑制するか、または当該かぶれや炎症を緩和させることができるものであることが好ましい。
その他、界面活性剤を併用することにより、親水性や、吸収性物品における吸収体の繰り返し吸収性、あるいは、不織布や吸収性物品の製造設備に対する防錆性、不織布加工性等の点でもメリットがある。
油性スキンケア剤としては、着用者の肌に対して保護、治癒等の効能を有するものを特に制限なく用いることができ、例えば、化粧品の分野においてエモリエント剤として用いられているもの等を用いることができる。
<油性スキンケア剤の粘度の測定方法>
音叉型振動式粘度計(本実施形態では代表的にVIBRO NISCOMETERCJV5000(株式会社エー・アンド・デイ社製)を使用)を用いて測定を行う。予め100℃程度に加熱した油性スキンケア剤を室温まで徐冷し、所望温度での粘度を測定する。
図3(A)〜図3(D)は、それぞれ、別の実施形態のおむつ60A〜60Dにおける水溶性スキンケア剤および油性スキンケア剤の塗布領域を概略的に示す上面図である。
(実施例1)
第1実施形態のおむつ50(図1(A)、図1(B)、および図2参照)と同様の構成を有する展開型おむつを作製した。
油性スキンケア剤を表面シート11用の不織布に塗布しなかった以外は実施例1と同様にして、おむつを作製した。
(1)おむつかぶれ防止能
実施例1および比較例1でそれぞれ作製したおむつを10名のモニターに使用してもらい、比較例1のおむつでのかぶれ発生頻度を1としたときの相対的な発生頻度を求めた。この値が小さいほど、比較例1のおむつに比べてかぶれ防止能が高い。結果を表1に示す。
(2)表面シートの液透過性
実施例1および比較例1でそれぞれ得たおむつについて、表面シートにおける液の透過時間をJIS L 1096で規定されている吸水性、吸水速度、A法(滴下法)により測定した。この透過時間が短いほど、吸収速度が速い、すなわち液透過性が高い。結果を表1に併記する。
なお、液透過性の評価は、油性スキンケア剤が存在する場所にて行った。
<紅斑の発生を抑制する性能試験1>
健康な成人5人の前腕内側(両手)を使用して、表2に示す水溶性スキンケア剤及び油性スキンケア剤の所定の組み合わせによるパッチテストを行い、紅斑の発生を抑制する性能について試験を行った。サンプルNo.2の油性スキンケア剤としては、下式(IV)で表されるモノアミド化合物(36℃における粘度は1000mPa・s)を用いた。
<紅斑の発生を抑制する性能試験2>
健康な成人13人の上腕部内側を使用して、表3に示す水溶性スキンケア剤による紅斑の発生を抑制する性能について試験を行った。まず、上腕部内側の所定箇所をアセトン/エーテル(1:1)溶液で清拭した。その後、アンモニア2質量%生理食塩水溶液(15μl)および表3に示す各種植物抽出エキス1%溶液(1,3−ブチレングリコール抽出溶液)(モモ葉エキスは乾燥粉体であるため、モモ葉エキスのみ0.01%)15μlを含浸させたパッチテスト用バンソウコウを3時間貼付した。バンソウコウを除去後、さらに150分静置して紅斑の発生状態を、上記した4段階で目視判定により確認した。アンモニアのみを含浸させたバンソウコウを用いた場合の紅斑の目視判定結果(A)と、それぞれの水溶性スキンケア剤を用いた場合の紅斑の目視判定結果(B)との比(B/A)を各人毎にとり、この値が1未満となった成人の人数を全13人で除した値を消炎スコアとした。結果を表3に示す。なお、消炎スコアが大きい程、紅斑の発生を抑制する効果が高いことを示している。

Claims (6)
- 液不透過性の裏面シートと、該裏面シート上に固定された吸収体と、該吸収体を覆う液透過性の表面シートとを少なくとも備えた吸収性物品であって、
着用時に着用者の肌に当てられる表面シートの一部または全体に、水溶性スキンケア剤が存在し、
前記水溶性スキンケア剤上であって該水溶性スキンケア剤よりも着用時における着用者の肌側の少なくとも一部に油性スキンケア剤が存在することを特徴とする吸収性物品。 - 少なくとも前記表面シートには、前記水溶性スキンケア剤が界面活性剤と共に付着しており、
JIS L 1096の規定に基づいて測定した前記表面シートでの液の透過時間が10秒以下である請求項1記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記油性スキンケア剤は、前記水溶性スキンケア剤の一部が前記着用者の肌側に露出するように配されている請求項1または2に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記油性スキンケア剤の36℃における粘度が5000mPa・s以下である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記表面シートに前記油性スキンケア剤が塗布されており、該表面シートにおいて前記油性スキンケア剤が塗布されている領域での該油性スキンケア剤の塗布量が0.05〜10g/m2の範囲内である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の吸収性物品。
