本発明は、パチンコ遊技機の遊技盤に設けられ、入球口に入球した遊技球を複数の経路のいずれかに振り分ける玉振り分け機構を備えたパチンコ遊技機の入賞装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種のパチンコ遊技機の入賞装置は、例えば図10に示すように、前面が開放された内部に空間を有する箱状の本体1を備えている。本体1は、上壁の下側に入賞口2及びそれに続く遊技球通路3を設け、前面後壁には図柄表示装置4を設け、また底壁には2箇所に遊技球通過孔(図示しない)を設けている。遊技球通過孔の内の後方に位置するものは、ゲート通過孔となっており、他の普通通過孔と区別されている。そして、底壁上には、円形の振り分け盤5が設けられ、振り分け盤5には遊技球通過孔の内のゲート通過孔に対応する1個の遊技球振り分け孔5aと、普通通過孔に対応する2個の遊技球振り分け孔5bが設けられている。また、入賞口2に続く遊技球通路3と上壁と下側の空間とは、上壁の後壁近傍位置に設けた遊技球落下孔(図示しない)により連通している。そして、入賞口2に入球した遊技球は、遊技球通路3を経て、遊技球落下孔から空間を落下して所定速度で連続回転中の振り分け盤5に流れ込み、いずれかの振り分け孔5a,5bに収容される。遊技球が遊技球振り分け孔5aに収容されたときは、振り分け盤5の回転によりその後ゲート通過孔に落下し、それに応じて、図柄表示装置4が、変動表示を開始し、変動表示が停止したときに、図柄の組み合せが特定の組み合せの時に、パチンコ遊技機の遊技盤に設けたいわゆる役物入賞口が開放する等の特典が与えられるようになっている。すなわち、ゲートに対応する振り分け孔5a(以下、特定振り分け孔と記す)が、他の振り分け孔5bに較べて価値の高いものになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記入賞装置においては、振り分け盤5の回転に応じて振り分け孔は回転移動しているが、遊技者は特定振り分け孔5aがどの位置に来たときに遊技球が落下し易いかをある程度予測することができる。そのため、遊技者により、特定振り分け孔5aが遊技球の落下し易い位置から離れたときには遊技を中断し、特定振り分け孔5aが遊技球の落下し易い位置に近づいたときに遊技を開始するという選択操作が行われていた。そのため、本来等しい振り分け確率であるべき入賞装置が、遊技者の作意により、価値の高い特定振り分け孔への落下確率が高められるという不具合が生じた。また、上記遊技の中断が頻繁に行われることにより、パチンコ遊技機の稼働率が低められるという問題もあった。
本発明は、上記した問題を解決しようとするもので、遊技球振り分け盤の各振り分け孔への遊技球の落下確率を均等にして入賞装置の公正を図ると共に、遊技機の稼働率の低下を防止するパチンコ遊技機の入賞装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1に記載のパチンコ遊技機の入賞装置は、遊技盤に設けられた基盤と、前記基盤に設けられ前記基盤から前方へ突出するものであって開口を有する装飾枠部と、操作ハンドルの操作により発射された遊技球が入球可能な遊技球入球口と、前記基盤に設けられ前記基盤から後方へ突出するものであって前面が開口すると共に当該前面の開口が前記装飾枠部の開口を介して前方に開放された空間を有する箱部と、前記箱部に設けられ前記遊技球入球口に接続されたものであって前記遊技球入球口内に入球した遊技球を前記空間に放出する遊技球通過路と、前記空間内に収納され電動モータの駆動により一定速度で回転する振り分け盤と、前記振り分け盤に設けられ前記空間内に放出された遊技球が侵入可能な特定振り分け孔および振り分け孔と、前記遊技球通過路の後壁に設けられ前記遊技球通過路内に突出して遊技球の通過を阻止する状態および前記遊技球通過路内から退避して遊技球の通過を許容する状態相互間で移動可能な遊技球通過阻止部材と、前記遊技球通過阻止部材を遊技球の通過を阻止する状態および遊技球の通過を許容する状態相互間で移動操作する駆動装置と、前記遊技球通過阻止部材が遊技球の通過を阻止する状態および遊技球の通過を許容する状態相互間でランダムな周期で移動するように前記駆動装置を制御する制御回路と、前記装飾枠部に設けられ前記遊技球通過阻止部材が遊技球の通過を阻止する状態にある場合および遊技球の通過を許容する状態にある場合のそれぞれで前記遊技球通過阻止部材を前方から視覚的に認識不能に覆うものであって前記遊技球通過路の前壁に相当する部分を備えたところに特徴を有する。

【発明の作用・効果】
上記のように請求項1に係る発明を構成したことにより、駆動装置により遊技球通過阻止部材が往復運動を行い、遊技球通過阻止部材の遊技球通過路内への突出及び遊技球通過路内からの引き出し動作が繰り返されているので、遊技球入球口に入球した遊技球は、遊技球通過阻止部材によって通過を妨げられたり妨げられなかったりして、通過が不規則になる。その結果、たとえ遊技者が、特定振り分け孔が遊技球の落下し易い位置に来たことを予測して遊技を開始するようにしても、遊技球が遊技球通過路を通過するか否かが不規則なため、遊技者による予測が乱される。そのため、振り分け盤の各振り分け孔への遊技球の落下確率が実質的に均等にされ、入賞装置の公正さが確保される。また、振り分け孔への遊技球の落下確率が実質的に均等にされることにより、無駄な予測による遊技の開始や停止は行われなくなり、その結果、遊技機の稼働率の低下が防止される。

以下、本発明の一実施例を図面を用いて説明すると、図1及び図2は、本発明を適用したパチンコ遊技機の本体10を正面図及び背面図により示したものである。
本体10は、正面の上側の枠部分に遊技盤11を支持しており、枠部分の左側に開閉自在に支持したガラス扉12により遊技盤11を閉鎖している。遊技盤11には、円弧形のガイドレール13及び仕切りレール14が同心円状に設けられており、その内側が遊技領域11aにされている。遊技盤11の中央には、図3に詳細に示すように、振り分け装置付入賞装置20が設けられている。振り分け装置付入賞装置20の上部には上入賞口31が設けられ、左右両側の上部には左右普通電動役物32a,32bが設けられ、左右両側の下部には左右連動役物33a,33bが設けられている。20の直下には、中央下普通電動役物34が設けられている。中央下普通電動役物34は、その下部に第2図柄表示装置34aを設けている。中央下普通電動役物34の左下側には左下入賞口35が設けられ、中央下普通電動役物34の右下側には右下普通電動役物36が設けられ、右下普通電動役物36は、その下部に第3図柄表示装置36aを設けている。また、中央下普通電動役物34の直下側には下入賞口37が設けられている。左右連動役物33a,33bの下側には、左右そで入賞口38a,38bが設けられている。

振り分け装置付入賞装置20は、図5〜図8に示すように、前面が開放されて内部に空間Rを有する箱状の本体21を有している。本体21は、基盤21aと、基盤21aの前面に設けられ上半分に開口21b1 を有する装飾枠部21bと、基盤21aの背面に設けられた箱部21cとを設けている。箱部21cの空間Rの後壁面には、図6に示すように、2つの液晶表示部22aからなる第1図柄表示装置22が設けられている。第1図柄表示装置22の周囲の左右上の三方には枠状の囲い22bが突出して設けられている。箱部21cの上壁21c1 の下側の上記囲い22b上縁部の高さ位置には、図7,図8に示すように、上壁21c1 との間に遊技球通路Pを形成する棚部21dが設けられている。棚部21dの前端は、装飾枠部21bの上壁と連なっており、この開口部分が左上遊技球入賞口23になっている。左上遊技球入賞口23には、図4に示すように、左上入賞検出スイッチ23aが設けられている。そして、棚部21dの左右側壁には、遊技球を後方に導く誘導部材21d1 が設けられ、箱部21cの後壁21c2 には、誘導部材21d1 に導かれた遊技球を右方向に導く誘導部材21c3 が設けられている。そして、棚部21dの後端右側位置には、図6に示すように、箱部21cの後壁21c2 と、囲い22bと共に遊技球落下路を形成する落下路形成部材21d2 が設けられている。

なお、本発明を上記形式の遊技球振り分け装置付入賞装置に限らず、他の形式の遊技球振り分け装置付入賞装置、例えば図9に示すような遊技球振り分け装置付入賞装置50等に対しても同様に適用することができる。遊技球振り分け装置付入賞装置50は、上部に設けた入賞装置51に入賞した遊技球を垂直落下路52を通して下側の振り分け装置53に導くようになっている。振り分け装置53は、円形基盤54aとその周囲を囲う円弧形の垂直壁54bとを有するケース54がパチンコ遊技機の遊技盤に取り付けられ、基盤54aに近接かつ対向して円盤形の振り分け盤55がケース54に回転自在に取り付けられている。振り分け盤55は、円周部分に3個の振り分け孔55a〜55cを設けており、2個の振り分け孔55a,55bは回転により基盤54aに設けた普通落下口に連通するようになっており、1個の特定振り分け孔55cは回転により下端に達したときにケース54下端に設けた落下口54cに連通するようになっている。落下口54cの直下には始動口56が設けられ、遊技球の入球により役物入賞口の開閉片を開放させたり図柄表示装置の図柄変動を開始させる。この形式の遊技球振り分け装置付入賞装置50についても、垂直落下通路52に、上記実施例等に示した遊技球落下妨害装置を配設することにより、上記実施例及び変形例に示したと同様の効果を得ることができる。
