【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、パチンコ遊技機の遊技盤に設けられ、入球口に入球した遊技球を複数の経路のいずれかに振り分ける玉振り分け機構を備えたパチンコ遊技機の入賞装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種のパチンコ遊技機の入賞装置は、例えば図１０に示すように、前面が開放された内部に空間を有する箱状の本体１を備えている。本体１は、上壁の下側に入賞口２及びそれに続く遊技球通路３を設け、前面後壁には図柄表示装置４を設け、また底壁には２箇所に遊技球通過孔（図示しない）を設けている。遊技球通過孔の内の後方に位置するものは、ゲート通過孔となっており、他の普通通過孔と区別されている。そして、底壁上には、円形の振り分け盤５が設けられ、振り分け盤５には遊技球通過孔の内のゲート通過孔に対応する１個の遊技球振り分け孔５ａと、普通通過孔に対応する２個の遊技球振り分け孔５ｂが設けられている。また、入賞口２に続く遊技球通路３と上壁と下側の空間とは、上壁の後壁近傍位置に設けた遊技球落下孔（図示しない）により連通している。そして、入賞口２に入球した遊技球は、遊技球通路３を経て、遊技球落下孔から空間を落下して所定速度で連続回転中の振り分け盤５に流れ込み、いずれかの振り分け孔５ａ，５ｂに収容される。遊技球が遊技球振り分け孔５ａに収容されたときは、振り分け盤５の回転によりその後ゲート通過孔に落下し、それに応じて、図柄表示装置４が、変動表示を開始し、変動表示が停止したときに、図柄の組み合せが特定の組み合せの時に、パチンコ遊技機の遊技盤に設けたいわゆる役物入賞口が開放する等の特典が与えられるようになっている。すなわち、ゲートに対応する振り分け孔５ａ（以下、特定振り分け孔と記す）が、他の振り分け孔５ｂに較べて価値の高いものになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記入賞装置においては、振り分け盤５の回転に応じて振り分け孔は回転移動しているが、遊技者は特定振り分け孔５ａがどの位置に来たときに遊技球が落下し易いかをある程度予測することができる。そのため、遊技者により、特定振り分け孔５ａが遊技球の落下し易い位置から離れたときには遊技を中断し、特定振り分け孔５ａが遊技球の落下し易い位置に近づいたときに遊技を開始するという選択操作が行われていた。そのため、本来等しい振り分け確率であるべき入賞装置が、遊技者の作意により、価値の高い特定振り分け孔への落下確率が高められるという不具合が生じた。また、上記遊技の中断が頻繁に行われることにより、パチンコ遊技機の稼働率が低められるという問題もあった。
本発明は、上記した問題を解決しようとするもので、遊技球振り分け盤の各振り分け孔への遊技球の落下確率を均等にして入賞装置の公正を図ると共に、遊技機の稼働率の低下を防止するパチンコ遊技機の入賞装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１に記載のパチンコ遊技機の入賞装置は、遊技盤に設けられた基盤と、前記基盤に設けられ前記基盤から前方へ突出するものであって開口を有する装飾枠部と、操作ハンドルの操作により発射された遊技球が入球可能な遊技球入球口と、前記基盤に設けられ前記基盤から後方へ突出するものであって前面が開口すると共に当該前面の開口が前記装飾枠部の開口を介して前方に開放された空間を有する箱部と、前記箱部に設けられ前記遊技球入球口に接続されたものであって前記遊技球入球口内に入球した遊技球を前記空間に放出する遊技球通過路と、前記空間内に収納され電動モータの駆動により一定速度で回転する振り分け盤と、前記振り分け盤に設けられ前記空間内に放出された遊技球が侵入可能な特定振り分け孔および振り分け孔と、前記遊技球通過路の後壁に設けられ前記遊技球通過路内に突出して遊技球の通過を阻止する状態および前記遊技球通過路内から退避して遊技球の通過を許容する状態相互間で移動可能な遊技球通過阻止部材と、前記遊技球通過阻止部材を遊技球の通過を阻止する状態および遊技球の通過を許容する状態相互間で移動操作する駆動装置と、前記遊技球通過阻止部材が遊技球の通過を阻止する状態および遊技球の通過を許容する状態相互間でランダムな周期で移動するように前記駆動装置を制御する制御回路と、前記装飾枠部に設けられ前記遊技球通過阻止部材が遊技球の通過を阻止する状態にある場合および遊技球の通過を許容する状態にある場合のそれぞれで前記遊技球通過阻止部材を前方から視覚的に認識不能に覆うものであって前記遊技球通過路の前壁に相当する部分を備えたところに特徴を有する。

【発明の作用・効果】
上記のように請求項１に係る発明を構成したことにより、駆動装置により遊技球通過阻止部材が往復運動を行い、遊技球通過阻止部材の遊技球通過路内への突出及び遊技球通過路内からの引き出し動作が繰り返されているので、遊技球入球口に入球した遊技球は、遊技球通過阻止部材によって通過を妨げられたり妨げられなかったりして、通過が不規則になる。その結果、たとえ遊技者が、特定振り分け孔が遊技球の落下し易い位置に来たことを予測して遊技を開始するようにしても、遊技球が遊技球通過路を通過するか否かが不規則なため、遊技者による予測が乱される。そのため、振り分け盤の各振り分け孔への遊技球の落下確率が実質的に均等にされ、入賞装置の公正さが確保される。また、振り分け孔への遊技球の落下確率が実質的に均等にされることにより、無駄な予測による遊技の開始や停止は行われなくなり、その結果、遊技機の稼働率の低下が防止される。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の一実施例を図面を用いて説明すると、図１及び図２は、本発明を適用したパチンコ遊技機の本体１０を正面図及び背面図により示したものである。
本体１０は、正面の上側の枠部分に遊技盤１１を支持しており、枠部分の左側に開閉自在に支持したガラス扉１２により遊技盤１１を閉鎖している。遊技盤１１には、円弧形のガイドレール１３及び仕切りレール１４が同心円状に設けられており、その内側が遊技領域１１ａにされている。遊技盤１１の中央には、図３に詳細に示すように、振り分け装置付入賞装置２０が設けられている。振り分け装置付入賞装置２０の上部には上入賞口３１が設けられ、左右両側の上部には左右普通電動役物３２ａ，３２ｂが設けられ、左右両側の下部には左右連動役物３３ａ，３３ｂが設けられている。２０の直下には、中央下普通電動役物３４が設けられている。中央下普通電動役物３４は、その下部に第２図柄表示装置３４ａを設けている。中央下普通電動役物３４の左下側には左下入賞口３５が設けられ、中央下普通電動役物３４の右下側には右下普通電動役物３６が設けられ、右下普通電動役物３６は、その下部に第３図柄表示装置３６ａを設けている。また、中央下普通電動役物３４の直下側には下入賞口３７が設けられている。左右連動役物３３ａ，３３ｂの下側には、左右そで入賞口３８ａ，３８ｂが設けられている。

下入賞口３７の直下は、アウト球を回収するアウト口１５になっている。左普通電動役物３２ａ及び左連動役物３３ａの左側には左電飾ランプ１６ａが、右普通電動役物３２ｂ及び右連動役物３３ｂの右側には右電飾ランプ１６ｂが設けられている。遊技盤面には、その他、複数の風車及び多数の釘が設けられている。遊技盤１１の下側は、賞品球が供給される上皿１７が設けられている。上皿１７の下側には、遊技球を回収する下皿１８が設けられ、下皿１８の右側には、遊技球発射装置の操作ハンドル１９が設けられている。

遊技盤１１の裏側中央位置には、図２に示すように、樹脂製のセンターカバー４１が設けられており、その左端に各種信号処理を行う制御回路を有するメイン基板４２が取り付けられている。センターカバー４１の上部には、賞品球タンク４３及びそれに続くタンクレール４４が設けられている。タンクレール４４に続いて、センターカバー４１の右側を下方に延びる賞品球通路４５ａに、賞品球ケース（賞品球供給装置）４５が設けられている。賞品球ケース４５は、賞品球通路４５ａに沿って設けたスプロケット（図示しない）の回動により賞品球を１個づつ賞品球通路４５ａの下流側に供給する。賞品球通路４５ａの下流側は、上皿１７に接続されている。

そして、センターカバー４１の下側には、上記入賞口等に入賞した遊技球が遊技盤１１の裏面の開口から落下した遊技球を集める入賞球集合樋４６が、右下方向に傾斜して設けられている。入賞球集合樋４６の右端位置には、入賞球検出スイッチ４６ａ、入賞球排出ソレノイド４６ｂ及び入賞球排出カム４６ｃが順次設けられており、入賞球排出カム４６ｃの下側の通路には入賞球排出確認センサ４６ｄが設けられている。入賞球集合樋４６の左端位置には、賞品球の供給等の制御を行う周辺基板４０が取り付けられている。

センターカバー４１を取り外した遊技盤１１の裏面には、図４に示すように、上記上入賞口３１、左右普通電動役物３２ａ，３２ｂ、左右連動役物３３ａ，３３ｂ、中央下普通電動役物３４、左下入賞口３５、右下普通電動役物３６、下入賞口３７及び左右そで入賞口３８ａ，３８ｂの排出口が開口している。これら入賞口の排出口は、排出された入賞球をスムーズに下方の入賞球集合樋４６に導くための誘導樋４７によりカバーされている。左右普通電動役物３２ａ，３２ｂには、いわゆるチューリップと言われる左右一対の開閉片を開閉させるソレノイド３２ａ1 ，３２ｂ1 が設けられている。右連動役物３３ｂには、通過検出スイッチ３３ｂ1 が設けられている。中央下普通電動役物３４には、左右一対の開閉片を開閉させるソレノイド３４ｂ及び入賞を検出する入賞検出スイッチ３４ｃが設けられている。右下普通電動役物３６には、左右一対の開閉片を開閉させるソレノイド３６ｂ及び入賞を検出する入賞検出スイッチ３６ｃが設けられている。

振り分け装置付入賞装置２０は、図５〜図８に示すように、前面が開放されて内部に空間Ｒを有する箱状の本体２１を有している。本体２１は、基盤２１ａと、基盤２１ａの前面に設けられ上半分に開口２１ｂ1 を有する装飾枠部２１ｂと、基盤２１ａの背面に設けられた箱部２１ｃとを設けている。箱部２１ｃの空間Ｒの後壁面には、図６に示すように、２つの液晶表示部２２ａからなる第１図柄表示装置２２が設けられている。第１図柄表示装置２２の周囲の左右上の三方には枠状の囲い２２ｂが突出して設けられている。箱部２１ｃの上壁２１ｃ1 の下側の上記囲い２２ｂ上縁部の高さ位置には、図７，図８に示すように、上壁２１ｃ1 との間に遊技球通路Ｐを形成する棚部２１ｄが設けられている。棚部２１ｄの前端は、装飾枠部２１ｂの上壁と連なっており、この開口部分が左上遊技球入賞口２３になっている。左上遊技球入賞口２３には、図４に示すように、左上入賞検出スイッチ２３ａが設けられている。そして、棚部２１ｄの左右側壁には、遊技球を後方に導く誘導部材２１ｄ1 が設けられ、箱部２１ｃの後壁２１ｃ2 には、誘導部材２１ｄ1 に導かれた遊技球を右方向に導く誘導部材２１ｃ3 が設けられている。そして、棚部２１ｄの後端右側位置には、図６に示すように、箱部２１ｃの後壁２１ｃ2 と、囲い２２ｂと共に遊技球落下路を形成する落下路形成部材２１ｄ2 が設けられている。

そして、遊技球落下路の直前位置にて、箱部２１ｃの後壁２１ｃ2 には後述する遊技球通過阻止棒２９ｂが挿入される挿入孔２１ｃ4 が設けられる。
箱部２１ｃの第１図柄表示装置２２の下側には、装飾枠部２１ｂ位置にまで突出して振り分け装置２４が設けられている。振り分け装置２４は、後方が開放された偏平箱形状であり、上壁２４ａ中央に設けた貫通孔に同心にかつ回転自在に振り分け盤２５が取り付けられている。振り分け盤２５には、３箇所の振り分け孔２５ａ〜２５ｃが設けられており、その内の１つの振り分け孔２５ａは、後述するゲート落下口に遊技球を特定振り分け孔になっている。振り分け盤２５は、偏平箱の後方の外側に設けた歯車２４ｃを介して電動モータ２４ｄの駆動により連続的に一定速度（例えば１１回／分）で回転するようになっている。また、上壁２４ａの右側端には遊技球落下路から落ちる遊技球を振り分け盤２５にスムーズに導く傾斜した遊技球通路２４ａ1 が設けられている。振り分け装置２４の底壁には、特定振り分け孔２５ａが連通するゲート落下口２４ｂと、振り分け孔２５ｂ，２５ｃにつながる普通落下口２４ｂ1 とが設けられている。ゲート落下口２４ｂの先端には、ゲート検出スイッチ２４ｂ2 が設けられている。

箱部２１ｃの後壁２１ｃ2 の四隅には、基盤支持棒２６ａ〜２６ｄ（２６ｄは、図示しない）が設けられており、基盤支持棒２６ａ〜２６ｄの先端には、図柄表示装置等へのシード線をまとめるコネクタ等がマウントされた接続基板２７が固定されている。上２本の基盤支持棒２６ａ，２６ｂには、支持基盤２８が支持されており、支持基盤２８には、遊技球通過阻止装置２９が固定されている。遊技球通過阻止装置２９は、内部にソレノイド２９ａを設けると共に、ソレノイド２９ａのオンオフにより前後方向に移動可能な遊技球通過阻止棒２９ｂが設けられている。遊技球通過阻止棒２９ｂは、ソレノイド２９ａのオフ時に箱部２１ｃの後壁２１ｃ2 に設けた挿入孔２１ｃ4 を通して通過路内に突出して遊技球の通過を妨げ、ソレノイド２９ａのオン時にソレノイドに引っ張られて箱部２１ｃの後壁２１ｃ2 にまで後退し、遊技球を通過させるようになっている。

つぎに、振り分け装置付入賞装置２０と他の入賞口との関係について説明する。振り分け盤２５の特定振り分け孔２５ａに遊技球が落下し、その後ゲート落下口２４ｂを通過すると、ゲート検出スイッチ２４ｂ2 がオンし、制御回路４２ａの制御下にて、第１図柄表示装置２２が図柄変動表示を開始する。変動表示の停止時の図柄の組み合せが、例えば１１、２２…８８の場合には、左右普通電動役物３２ａ，３２ｂの開閉片が所定時間（例えば１．８秒）の開放動作を３回行う。第１図柄表示装置２２の変動中または左右普通電動役物３２ａ，３２ｂの開放中に遊技球がゲートを通過したときは、２回まで記憶され、第１図柄表示装置２２の変動停止後または左右普通電動役物３２ａ，３２ｂの開閉片の開放終了後に、図柄変動が開始される。

遊技球が右連動役物３３ｂに入賞すると、中央下普通電動役物３４に設けた第２図柄表示装置３４ａが図柄変動表示を開始し、所定時間（例えば６秒）経過後に停止したときの図柄の組み合せが例えば−−以外のときには、中央下普通電動役物３４の開閉片が所定時間（例えば２．８秒）の開放動作を２回行う。第２図柄表示装置３４ａの変動中または中央下普通電動役物３４の開放中に遊技球が右連動役物３３ｂに入賞したときは、最高４個まで記憶され、第２図柄表示装置３４ａの変動停止後または中央下普通電動役物３４の開放終了後に、図柄変動が開始される。

遊技球が中央下普通電動役物３４に入賞すると、右下普通電動役物３６に設けた第３図柄表示装置３６ａが図柄変動表示を開始し、所定時間（例えば６秒）経過後に停止したときの図柄の組み合せが例えば−−以外のときには、右下普通電動役物３６の開閉片が所定時間（例えば５．５秒）の開放動作を１回行う。第３図柄表示装置３６ａの変動中または右下普通電動役物３６の開放中に遊技球が中央下電動役物３４に入賞したときは、最高４個まで記憶され、第３図柄表示装置３６ａの変動停止後または右下普通電動役物３６の開放終了後に、図柄変動が開始される。

上記振り分け装置付入賞装置２０、各普通電動役物３２ａ，３２ｂ，３３ａ，３３ｂ，３４，３６等の動作の制御は、上記遊技盤１１の裏面に設けたメイン基板４２の制御回路４２ａにより行われる。上記左右普通電動役物３２ａ，３２ｂのソレノイド３２ａ1 ，３２ｂ1 、右連動役物３３ｂの通過検出スイッチ３３ｂ1 、中央下普通電動役物３４のソレノイド３４ｂ及び入賞検出スイッチ３４ｃ、右下普通電動役物３６のソレノイド３６ｂ及び入賞検出スイッチ３６ｃ、遊技球通過阻止装置２９のソレノイド２９ａ、ゲート落下口２４ｂ1 のゲート検出スイッチ２４ｂ2 、第１図柄表示装置２２、第２図柄表示装置３４ａ、第３図柄表示装置３６ａ等は、メイン基板４２に接続されている。

つぎに、以上のように構成した実施例の動作について説明する。
操作ハンドル１９の操作により遊技球が発射され、ガイドレール１３を通過し遊技領域１１ａ内に供給される。遊技球が振り分け装置付入賞装置２０に入賞すると、遊技球通路Ｐを通過し、遊技球落下路を通って、振り分け盤２５のいずれかの振り分け孔２５ａ，２５ｂに落下する。このとき、遊技者は、遊技球をゲートへ導く特定振り分け孔２５ａに遊技球が落下し易い振り分け盤２５の位置をある程度予測することができるので、振り分け盤２５の回転により特定振り分け孔２５ａが遊技球の落下し易い位置から離れたときには遊技を中断し、特定振り分け孔２５ａが遊技球の落下し易い位置に近づいたときに遊技を開始するという選択操作を行おうとすることがある。しかし、遊技球通過阻止装置２９により遊技球通過阻止棒の遊技球通路Ｐ内へ突出及び遊技球通路Ｐからの引き抜き動作が繰り返されているので、左上遊技球入賞口２３に入球した遊技球は、遊技球通過阻止棒２９ｂによって通過を妨げられたり妨げられなかったりして、通過が不規則になる。

そのため、たとえ遊技者が、特定振り分け孔２５ａが遊技球の落下し易い位置に来たことを予測して遊技を開始するようにしても、遊技球が通路を通過するか否かが不規則なため、遊技者による予測が乱される。その結果、振り分け盤２４の各振り分け孔２５ａ〜２５ｃへの遊技球の落下確率が実質的に均等にされ、振り分け装置付入賞装置２０の遊技球振り分けの公正さが確保される。また、３個の振り分け孔２５ａ〜２５ｃへの遊技球の落下確率が実質的に均等にされることにより、無駄な予測による遊技の開始や停止は行われなくなり、その結果、遊技機の稼働率の低下が防止される。

つぎに、上記実施例の変形例１について説明する。
変形例１においては、上記実施例の遊技球通過阻止棒２９ｂの代わりに、棒の先端に磁石（図示省略する）を設けるようにし、磁石を遊技球通過路の外側に配設し、磁石を遊技球通過路Ｐに近接させたり離したりして、磁石により遊技球を吸引して遊技球の通過を阻止し、また遊技球を通過させるようにしたことにある。これによっても、上記実施例と同様の効果を得ることができる。
また、変形例２として、上記遊技球通過阻止棒２９ｂまたは先端に磁石を設けた阻止棒の代わりに、遊技球通過路Ｐの外壁の内側または外側に電磁石を設け、電磁石に通電及び通電の停止を繰り返すことにより、遊技球の通過阻止及び通過を制御するようにした。これによっても、上記実施例と同様の効果を得ることができる。

また、上記実施例及び変形例においては、遊技球通過阻止棒の挿入及び引出し、あるいは電磁石への通電及び通電停止を、規則的な周期で行うようにしているが、制御回路４２ａにランダム信号発生部を設け、これにより上記動作をランダムに行わせることもできる。これにより、遊技球の入賞口への入球と、振り分け盤の特定振り分け孔への落下の相関をさらに確実に乱し、各振り分け孔への落下確率をさらに均等にすることができる。

なお、本発明を上記形式の遊技球振り分け装置付入賞装置に限らず、他の形式の遊技球振り分け装置付入賞装置、例えば図９に示すような遊技球振り分け装置付入賞装置５０等に対しても同様に適用することができる。遊技球振り分け装置付入賞装置５０は、上部に設けた入賞装置５１に入賞した遊技球を垂直落下路５２を通して下側の振り分け装置５３に導くようになっている。振り分け装置５３は、円形基盤５４ａとその周囲を囲う円弧形の垂直壁５４ｂとを有するケース５４がパチンコ遊技機の遊技盤に取り付けられ、基盤５４ａに近接かつ対向して円盤形の振り分け盤５５がケース５４に回転自在に取り付けられている。振り分け盤５５は、円周部分に３個の振り分け孔５５ａ〜５５ｃを設けており、２個の振り分け孔５５ａ，５５ｂは回転により基盤５４ａに設けた普通落下口に連通するようになっており、１個の特定振り分け孔５５ｃは回転により下端に達したときにケース５４下端に設けた落下口５４ｃに連通するようになっている。落下口５４ｃの直下には始動口５６が設けられ、遊技球の入球により役物入賞口の開閉片を開放させたり図柄表示装置の図柄変動を開始させる。この形式の遊技球振り分け装置付入賞装置５０についても、垂直落下通路５２に、上記実施例等に示した遊技球落下妨害装置を配設することにより、上記実施例及び変形例に示したと同様の効果を得ることができる。

なお、上記実施例及び変形例においては、遊技球通過阻止装置２９は、遊技球通過阻止棒の往復動をソレノイドを用いて行っているが、その他モータ等の駆動装置を用いてもよい。また、遊技球通過阻止棒の代わりに、板状やその他の形状の遊技球阻止部材とすることもできる。
さらに、遊技盤面に設ける入賞口や役物入賞口の種類や数、配置等については上記実施例に示したものに限らず、適宜変更して実施することができる。
