Description
図1は、本発明による配置の主要な図を示す。好ましい実施形態によれば、この配置は、それ自体以前に公知の型の圧縮空気システム1に接続されて利用され、この圧縮空気システムは、好ましくは、重貨物車両のための圧縮空気システムによって構成され得るが、それに限定されない。圧縮空気システム1(これは、例えば、エアドライヤー、加圧タンクおよびその車両のエアサスペンションシステムおよびブレーキシステムを備える)は、概略的にのみ、図1に示される。
Claims (8)
- 車両における圧縮空気システムのための配置であって、該配置は、圧縮空気を発生させるための圧縮機(2)、および該圧縮機(2)によって発生された圧縮空気を該車両における圧縮空気システム(1)の残りの部分に供給するための接続部(11)を備え、該配置が、該発生した圧縮空気を浄化するよう適合された、該圧縮機(2)の出口と直接接続された酸化触媒(10)を備え、該酸化触媒(10)が、該圧縮空気システム(1)の残りの部分に接続されており、
該酸化触媒(10)が、該圧縮機(2)内に一体的に配置されており、そして該圧縮機(2)と一緒になって、組み合わせられた圧縮機および触媒のデバイス(12)を構成していることを特徴とする、配置。 - 前記酸化触媒(10)が、前記圧縮機(2)の出口において、シリンダーヘッド(14)内に規定される空間(23)内にはまるように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の配置。
- 前記酸化触媒(10)が、触媒活性材料を有するいくつかの別個の触媒ユニットによって構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の配置。
- 前記圧縮機(2)によって発生される前記圧縮空気の温度を制御するための手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の配置。
- 前記手段が電熱デバイスを備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の配置。
- 前記手段が冷却デバイスを備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の配置。
- エンジン(3)が、ディーゼルエンジンによって構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の配置。
- 圧縮空気を発生および浄化するためのデバイスであって、圧縮機(2)および酸化触媒(10)を備え、該酸化触媒(10)が、該圧縮機(2)の出口に直接接続され、該発生した圧縮空気を浄化するよう適合されており、該酸化触媒(10)が、該圧縮機(2)内に一体的に配置されており、そして該圧縮機(2)と一緒になって、組み合わせられた圧縮機および触媒のデバイス(12)を構成していることを特徴とする、デバイス。
