Claims (5)
- 高周波信号の電力を増幅し、アンテナより出力する送信モジュールであって、
前記高周波信号の電力を増幅する電力増幅部と、
電力増幅後の前記高周波信号を前記アンテナの方向に出力すると共に、前記アンテナから逆流する受信信号である高周波電力の前記電力増幅部への出力を防ぎグランドに放出するカプラとを含み、
前記電力増幅部と前記カプラとを基板上に1モジュールとして形成し、
前記受信信号は、前記高周波信号とは周波数の異なる信号であることを特徴とする送信モジュール。 - 前記高周波信号の不要成分を除去するフィルタと、前記カプラによって分岐した前記高周波信号の一部を検波する検波器と、前記アンテナから出力する前記高周波信号と、前記アンテナから入力する受信信号の周波数域を分離するデュプレクサとを前記基板上に1モジュールとして形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の送信モジュール。
- 前記カプラは、複数のストリップラインにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の送信モジュール。
- 前記複数のストリップラインは、複数の層を有する前記基板の異なる層に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の送信モジュール。
- 前記基板は、第1の誘電体層とコア材と第2の誘電体層とが順に積層され、前記ストリップラインは、前記コア材の上面と下面とに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の送信モジュール。
