光学素子は、研磨等の機械加工の後には洗浄されるのが一般的であり、特に効果的に洗浄を行うために、超音波洗浄機により洗浄されるのが一般的である。

しかし、これらの先行例は、いずれもレンズ等の定型サイズの光学素子には好適に使用できるが、プリズム、平行平面板、ローパスフィルタ、等の平面部分を有する光学素子であり、かつ、サイズの小さいもの、たとえば、平面サイズが2×3mm程度のプリズムには適用が困難である。

本発明はかかる事情に鑑みてなされたもので、サイズの小さい光学素子を脱落させずに保持でき、かつ、超音波が充分に導入でき、更に、洗浄液の液切れが良好な構造の光学素子の洗浄治具を提供することを目的とする。

前記目的を達成するために、本発明は、光学素子の洗浄治具であって、該洗浄治具は、略同一平面サイズのベース板、本体板及びカバー板の順で積層されることにより構成され、前記ベース板、本体板及びカバー板のそれぞれ対応する平面部分には複数の貫通孔が穿設されており、前記本体板の貫通孔は、該貫通孔内部に前記光学素子が遊挿できる断面形状であるとともに、前記ベース板の貫通孔は、板厚方向で略中央付近の孔径最狭部より両表面側に向かって拡径する断面形状であり、前記カバー板の貫通孔は、前記本体板側の表面では前記本体板表面の貫通孔と略同一形状であり、反対の表面側に向かって縮径する断面形状であって、前記ベース板及びカバー板の貫通孔は、前記光学素子の該洗浄治具からの脱落を防止できる断面形状であることを特徴とする光学素子の洗浄治具を提供する。
