Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for treating used paper diapers containing a polymer absorber.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems]
Since used paper diapers including a polymer absorber include a polymer absorber, the treatment method is likely to be a problem even in the present and in the future. It is an object of the present invention to provide a processing method capable of processing used paper diapers including an absorbent body without harming the environment, and also enabling effective use of processed products.
[0003]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above-mentioned problem is that used paper diapers containing a polymer absorber are placed in a sealed pressure-resistant container, and high-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam is fed into the container, and the used paper diaper in the container is cooked for a predetermined time under high temperature and pressure. This is solved by a method for treating used paper diapers containing a polymeric absorbent. The steaming treatment is preferably performed with the pressure in the sealed pressure resistant vessel in the range of 15 to 25 kg / cm 2 and the temperature in the range of 150 to 250 ° C.
[0004]
In this treatment method, paper parts other than the polymer absorber and sewage parts such as manure are decomposed by a steaming process under high temperature and high pressure, sterilized, and sterilized by microorganisms or enzymes. Fermentation becomes easy to be performed in a short time, and it can be effectively used as a fertilizer or a soil conditioner by fermentation.
[0005]
Moreover, the anaerobic microorganisms and miscellaneous bacteria contained in the filth are killed by this steaming treatment, and no odor is generated. In addition, since the paper portion contains cellulose or the like as a component, a wood vinegar solution is produced by performing a steaming treatment, and this wood vinegar solution exhibits a deodorizing effect, and carbonization of the paper portion partially proceeds. By becoming porous, the odor is absorbed and absorbed there, and the odor of the filth can be further effectively eliminated.
[0006]
In particular, when putting wood together with used paper diapers in a sealed pressure-resistant container and performing steaming treatment under high temperature and high pressure, the steaming treatment can produce more pyroligneous acid solution, further reducing the deodorizing effect. Can be effective. Trees include broad-leaved trees such as oak, larch, kunugi, beech, oak, conifers such as cedar, cypress, and pine, and other components such as bamboo, bark, and straw. Anything can be used. Trees may be used in the form of chips or powder.
[0007]
And about a polymer absorber, it dissolves without a chemical change by steaming under high temperature and high pressure, it is reduced and solidified after steaming, and remains in the processed material. When used as a fertilizer, soil improver, or soil material, the fertilizer, soil improver, and soil material are merely left as harmless substances. Since the polymer absorber is not baked but only steamed, it does not change chemicals just by changing the state of the substance, and it does not generate harmful gases during the steaming process. Processed in a way that does not harm the environment. Therefore, the temperature and pressure conditions for the steaming treatment may be set to such a level that the polymer absorbent can be dissolved without chemical change.
[0008]
As described above, according to the treatment method of the present invention, used paper diapers containing a polymer absorber can be easily treated without harming the environment, and no odor is emitted from the treated product. A thing can be used as a soil material, and when fermenting a processed material, the fermentation can be performed in a short period of time and it can be used effectively as a fertilizer or a soil improvement material.
[0009]
The “used paper diapers including a polymer absorbent” is used in the sense of including a sanitary article including a polymer absorbent in addition to an original paper diaper.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
(First embodiment)
As shown in FIG. 1, a used paper diaper 1 containing a polymer absorber is placed in a sealed pressure-resistant container 3 for steaming treatment, and sawdust 4 as a tree is also sealed. High-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam was fed into the container 3, the inside of the pressure-resistant container 3 was set to 200 ° C. and 20 atm, and the steaming treatment was performed for 30 minutes to 1 hour with stirring. Thereafter, the pressure inside the pressure vessel 3 is reduced by opening the valve 6, the water vapor discharged at that time is cooled, the liquid is collected in the collection vessel 7, and finally the processed product 8 is taken out from the pressure vessel 3. .
[0011]
The extracted processed product 8 did not have a foul odor peculiar to filth such as manure, and could be used as a soil material without inferiority. Moreover, when the liquid content collect | recovered by the collection container 7 was investigated, it turned out that it is a high quality wood vinegar liquid which does not contain a tar content.
[0012]
Then, if the treated product 8 is deposited for about two weeks, the fermentation progresses to obtain a fertilizer and a soil improving material 9, and when the extinct degrading bacteria 10 is added, it is decomposed into carbon dioxide and water, and its presence is present. It was gone.
[0013]
(Second embodiment)
Put used paper diaper 1 containing polymer absorber into sealed pressure-resistant container 3 for steaming treatment, put moisture adjusting material as needed without putting wood, seal inside, pressure-proof container from boiler 5 Steaming treatment was performed for about 30 minutes to 1 hour while stirring at 200 ° C. and 20 atm inside the pressure vessel 3. Thereafter, the valve 6 was opened to depressurize the pressure vessel 3, and the processed product 8 was taken out from the pressure vessel 3.
[0014]
Also in this case, the taken-out processed product 8 had no odor peculiar to filth, and the processed product 8 could be used as a soil material without inferiority. When the treated product 8 is deposited for about two weeks, the fermentation progresses to obtain a fertilizer and a soil improvement material 9, and when the extinct degrading bacteria 10 is added, it decomposes into carbon dioxide and water and disappears. It was the same as in the above case.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is as described above, it is possible to treat used paper diapers containing a polymer absorber without harming the environment, and also to effectively use the treated product.
