Description
燐酸一水素マグネシウム(MgHPO4 ・3H2 O)をイナート雰囲気下で550℃3時間焼成し整粒した。この触媒を触媒Aとする。
2Mの硝酸銀(AgNO3 )水溶液を実施例1で調製した燐酸マグネシウムに含浸し蒸発乾固した。空気気流中550℃3時間焼成し更に水素気流中300℃3時間還元後、整粒した。燐酸マグネシウムに対し3重量%のAgが担持された。この触媒を触媒Bとする。
0.3MのCaCl2 と0.3Mの燐酸の混合溶液に25%のアンモニア水を滴下し沈澱を得た。ろ過洗浄後、イナート雰囲気で550℃3時間焼成し整粒した。この触媒を触媒Cとする。
2Mの硝酸銀(AgNO3 )水溶液を実施例3で調製した燐酸カルシウムに含浸し蒸発乾固した。空気気流中550℃3時間焼成し更に水素気流中300℃3時間還元後、整粒した。燐酸カルシウムに対し3重量%のAgが担持された。この触媒を触媒Dとする。
硝酸クロムとアンモニア水の混合により調製したクロミアに実施例2と同様に硝酸銀を担持させ調製した。焼成還元後のクロミアに対して5重量%のAgが担持された。この触媒を触媒Eとする。
反応は常圧固定床流通系反応装置を用いた。内径10mmのステンレス反応管に触媒1.50gを充填した。原料ガス組成は、CF3 CH3 :H2 :He=1:3:16とし全流量を30ml/minとした。得られた結果を表1に示した。
実施例2に従って、硝酸銀のかわりに各々の金属塩を用いて触媒を調製した。金属の担持量はすべて燐酸マグネシウムに対して3重量%に成るよう調製した。得られた触媒を用いて所定の反応温度、実施例5と同様に反応を行った。得られた結果を表2に示す。
実施例7と同様に550℃にて反応を行い、得られた結果を表3に示す。
ピロリン酸ナトリウムの水溶液を硝酸ニッケル水溶液に滴下して沈澱を得た。洗浄、乾燥、焼成後ピロリン酸ニッケル(Ni2 P2 O7 )を得た。実施例15と同様に550℃にて反応させた。F143a転化率は34.9%、F1132aの選択性は53.9%であった。
実施例2の条件で反応温度500℃、触媒AであるMg3 (PO4 )2 触媒を用いて反応の経時変化を調べた。
常圧固定床流通系でインコネル製反応器を用いて、不飽和炭化水素CHCl=CF2 が205ppm含まれるテトラフルオロエタン(CFH2 CF3 )を250℃、原料に対する弗酸の比率(モル)は8、空間速度1000/hrの条件下で実施例19の触媒と接触させると5時間目のガスクロマトグラフィーによる分析では不飽和炭化水素CHCl=CF2 が検出されずにCF3 CH2 Clが生成した。反応時間50時間後も変化は認められなかった。
実施例31の反応器を用いて弗酸/塩化メチレンの比を6モルとし210℃で実施例19の触媒で反応させた。主生成物はジフルオロメタンが32.0%であった。
クロロジフルオロメタン/酸素/水蒸気/窒素=1/2/3/14のモル比で小型加熱環状炉にて480℃の条件で触媒Aを評価した。クロロジフルオロメタンの消失から計算するとジクロロジフルオロメタンの転化率は95.3%であった。酸素利用率(転化率)は23.8%であった。
Claims (3)
- 反応系内にフッ化水素の存在する状態で、マグネシウムを含む燐酸塩触媒とフッ素原子を含むハロゲン化炭化水素を接触させ、これを分解する方法。
- 酸素を供給しながら行う請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水を共存させる請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
