Claims (2)
- 酸素ラジカル含有カルシウムアルミネート粉末を用いて溶射することを特徴とする酸素ラジカル含有カルシウムアルミネート膜の製造方法であって、カルシウムアルミネート粉末が酸素ラジカル含有量が1020cm−3以上である12CaO・7Al 2 O 3 からなり、基材が酸化ジルコニウムからなる焼結体を用いることを特徴とする酸素ラジカル含有カルシウムアルミネート膜の製造方法。
- 酸化ジルコニウムからなる焼結体の基材上に酸素ラジカル含有カルシウムアルミネート膜を形成してなる積層体であって、前記酸素ラジカル含有カルシウムアルミネート膜が酸素ラジカル含有量が10 20 cm −3 以上の12CaO・7Al 2 O 3 からなる酸素ラジカル含有カルシウムアルミネート粉末を用いて溶射して成ることを特徴とする積層体。
