BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a refillable pouch that seals and wraps a fluid content such as a liquid and transfers the content to another container at the time of use, and more particularly, to a container having a small diameter such as a bottle. In addition, a narrow spout is provided at the corner of the upper part of the pouch so that it can be safely and easily transferred to the end, and its opening and shape retention properties are improved so that the spout is not blocked during pouring. Refillable pouch.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a refillable pouch for hermetically wrapping liquid contents such as liquid, a standing pouch that is self-supporting and has some features as a three-dimensional container has been mainly adopted, and the contents when opened Note that the opening is formed by cutting a part of the corner, such as the corner, instead of the entire top of the pouch so that it can be safely transferred to another container without spilling outside. A method of providing an outlet, and a method of attaching a separate spout made of a plastic molding or the like to a part of the upper part of the pouch by heat bonding have been adopted.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the method of forming the opening part of the pouch by cutting out a part such as a corner part instead of the whole upper part of the pouch is simple, but the dispensing direction of the contents is difficult to stabilize, and in particular, the container to be transferred is a bottle or the like In the case of a small-diameter container, the opening part of the pouch is likely to be displaced from the mouth part of the container during pouring, and the contents may be spilled outside, which is problematic in terms of ease of transfer and safety. It was.
[0004]
In addition, the method of attaching a separate spout made of plastic molding to a part of the upper part of the pouch increases the number of manufacturing processes and costs the spout itself, and the empty pouch with the spout attached has a thickness. This increases the cost of storage and transportation.Furthermore, when filling the contents, for example, the number of empty pouches loaded in the feeder section of the filling machine is greatly reduced, so that the operator frequently As a result, there is a problem that the cost is increased as a whole and the complexity of the process and work is increased.
[0005]
Even with the method of providing a spout portion with a narrow width at the top of the pouch, the operability and safety when transferring the contents to another container can be improved to some extent, but when pouring the contents The mouth of the spout part is difficult to open, and the flow is not stable during pouring, especially when the remaining amount is low, the spout part of the pouch is easy to close, and when the pouch is pressed and pushed out, the contents However, there were still problems in terms of ease of transfer and safety.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in order to solve such problems, and the object of the present invention is to produce in the same process as a normal pouch without requiring a separate spout by a molded article or the like. The product can be easily manufactured and filled with the contents. In use, the mouth of the spout can be easily opened by simply cutting off the tip of the spout provided at the corner of the top of the pouch. It is also inexpensive and has excellent suitability for use, such as a bottle with a small diameter that can be safely and easily transferred to the end. It is to provide a refillable pouch with high productivity.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above problems can be solved by the following present invention.
That is, the invention described in
[0008]
By adopting such a configuration, since the pouch is a standing pouch type (see FIGS. 1 and 2), it is self-supporting, easy to handle, and excellent in appearance.
And since the spout part facing diagonally upward is provided in the corner part of the upper part of a pouch, and the notch part is provided in the side part of the both sides, the spout part has the shape which projects diagonally upward. Is formed. Therefore, when transferring the contents filled in the pouch to another container such as a bottle, the tip of the spout is cut off and opened, and the spout is inserted into the mouth of the bottle, for example, on the side of the spout. The contents can be poured out while the notch is placed on the mouth of the bottle, so the spout can be stably fixed to the mouth of the bottle during pouring and the contents can be transferred safely. it can.
[0009]
In addition, at least one wall film of the pouch has a large width and height at the spout portion from the spout portion to a position near the pouch bottom corner on the opposite side of the spout portion, and is directed obliquely downward. The curvilinear bulges that gradually become smaller in width and height and have a substantially constant width and height at the bottom, so that the upper surface and both side surfaces thereof are planar, that is, the cross section of each part of the bulges Is provided in a trapezoidal shape.
Therefore, by simply cutting off and opening the tip of the spout, the spout automatically opens the spout with good shape retention, and after opening, the swollen part of the middle part is driven by the contents. Since the pouch is folded outward and the inside of the pouch is spread outward from the vicinity of the center of the pouch to the spout, the contents can flow smoothly to the spout. The spout is not closed on the way, and the contents can be transferred safely and easily to the end.
[0010]
Further, the lower part of the bulging part is small and substantially constant in width and height, and has a substantially vertical shape, so that it has a rib effect and improves the form stability and self-supporting property of the pouch.
Furthermore, the entire bulging part is formed so that the upper surface and both side surfaces thereof are planar, that is, each part has a trapezoidal shape, so that the resistance to compression is strong and the shape retention is excellent. And its effects and effects are more effectively demonstrated.
As described above, the bulge portion provided on the wall film of the pouch improves the natural opening property and shape retention of the spout portion in the upper portion thereof, i.e., in the vicinity of the spout portion, and the intermediate portion pours the contents. It has the action of an induction part that smoothly flows to the outlet part, and the lower part has an action and an effect of improving the form stability and self-supporting property of the pouch.
[0011]
Further, the invention described in
[0012]
This configuration is the refillable pouch according to the first aspect of the present invention, wherein the shape of the bulge portion provided on the wall surface film, particularly the bulge portion formed in the main body portion of the pouch connected to the bulge portion of the spout portion. The shape is changed and the variation of the shape of the bulge portion is shown.
Therefore, the bulge portion provided on the wall film of the pouch is extended from the spout portion of the pouch to the position near the center portion of the pouch (see FIG. 3). When the width and height of the portion are reduced and the upper surface and both side surfaces thereof are formed in a plane shape, that is, when the cross section of each portion is formed in a trapezoidal shape, the bulge portion near the spout portion is The natural opening of the spout and its shape retention are improved, and the tail-shaped part that leads to it is folded outward when the contents are poured out so that the pouch is spread outward. It has the action of a guiding part that smoothly flows.
[0013]
In addition, the bulging part is bent in a V shape near the center of the pouch from the pouch outlet (see FIG. 4), and extends to a position near the corner of the upper part of the pouch on the opposite side of the outlet. The width and height are large, and the tail-shaped part connected to the width is small in width and height, and the upper surface and both side surfaces are each formed into a planar shape, that is, the cross section of each part is provided as a trapezoid. In this case, the bulge portion in the vicinity of the spout portion improves the natural opening property and shape retention of the spout portion, as described above, and the V-shaped tail-shaped bulge portion connected to the bulge portion before opening the pouch In this case, since the deaeration seal at the time of filling the contents substantially matches the shape of the crease formed on the upper part of the pouch, it has the effect of stabilizing the form of the pouch and improving the appearance. In addition, the V shape is preferable in that the right and left balance can be achieved and the discomfort on the appearance due to the bulging portion can be reduced.
After opening the spout part, air enters the pouch, and the V-shaped bulge part is folded outward due to the volume and weight of the contents, so that the pouch is spread outward. It has the effect of smoothly flowing to the outlet.
The configuration of the pouch other than the bulging portion is the same as that of the refilling pouch according to the first aspect of the present invention, and the function and effect thereof are also the same, so that the description thereof is omitted.
[0014]
The invention described in
[0015]
By adopting such a configuration, in addition to the operation and effect of the invention described in
[0016]
The invention described in
[0017]
The easy-opening means is a method of laminating a uniaxially stretched film in a laminated film of a pouch, or a half cut line by laser light irradiation, in addition to a notch often used in ordinary pouches (in this case, a uniaxially stretched film is Used in such a manner that the stretching direction coincides with the opening direction of the spout part), and these may be used alone, for example, as a laminate of a notch and a half-cut line or a uniaxially stretched film. It can also be used in combination as appropriate.
When providing a half cut line, not only a straight half cut line but also an intermittent half cut line such as a perforation can be provided.
In addition, the number of such half-cut lines may be one, but assuming that the tearing direction is deviated, a plurality of half-cut lines such as one on each side of the center half-cut line or two on each side. Can also be provided in parallel.
[0018]
In particular, the refillable pouch according to the present invention is provided with a bulging part at the opening position of the spout part, so that the direction of tearing tends to become unstable, and the easy-opening means is used in combination as described above. Is more preferable.
In addition, although the notch of a 1 shape or a V shape is normally utilized for the said notch, a shape is not specifically limited, What is a shape which has an acute angle part in a cutting direction can be used.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments such as a film used for producing the refillable pouch of the present invention and a method for producing the pouch will be described below.
The film used for the production of the refill pouch of the present invention is mainly a laminated film mainly composed of plastics, but is not particularly limited. For example, known laminated films used for various liquid pouches are: Either can be used.
From these, it is possible to freely select and use one suitable for the use conditions such as the type of contents to be packaged and the presence or absence of heat treatment after filling.
The following structures are mentioned as a typical example of the structure of the laminated | multilayer film which can be used preferably.
[0023]
(1) ON film / adhesive / L / LDPE film (sealant layer)
(2) ON film / adhesive / uniaxially stretched HDPE film / adhesive / L / LDPE film (sealant layer)
(3) ON film / adhesive / uniaxially stretched PP film / adhesive / L / LDPE film (sealant layer)
(4) ON film / adhesive / uniaxially stretched PP film / adhesive / aluminum foil / adhesive / L / LDPE film (sealant layer)
(5) ON film (silica vapor deposition layer) / adhesive / uniaxially stretched HDPE film / adhesive / L / LDPE film (sealant layer)
(6) ON film / anchor coat layer / co-extrusion coat layer (HDPE layer / L / LDPE layer) (sealant layer is L / LDPE layer)
(7) ON film / anchor coat layer / co-extrusion coat layer (HDPE layer / LDPE layer) / adhesive / L / LDPE film (sealant layer)
(8) PET film / adhesive / aluminum foil / adhesive / ON film / adhesive / L / LDPE film (sealant layer)
(9) PET film / adhesive / aluminum foil / adhesive / ON film / adhesive / CPP film (sealant layer)
(10) PET film / adhesive / ON film / adhesive / aluminum foil / adhesive / L / LDPE film (sealant layer)
(11) PET film / adhesive / ON film / adhesive / aluminum foil / adhesive / CPP film (sealant layer)
(12) PET film / adhesive / EVOH film / adhesive / ON film / adhesive / CPP film (sealant layer)
However, the present invention is not limited to these, and various combinations of laminated films can be used.
[0024]
In the above, ON film is biaxially stretched nylon film, L / LDPE is linear low density polyethylene, HDPE is high density polyethylene, LDPE is low density polyethylene, PP film is polypropylene film, PET film is biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film EVOH film refers to a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film, and CPP film refers to an unstretched polypropylene film.
The anchor coat is a kind of primer coat that is pre-coated on the base film side in order to improve the adhesiveness when the resin is laminated by extrusion coating.
[0025]
In the configuration of the laminated film, the ON film and the PET film give the pouch mechanical strength and printability as a base film, and the uniaxially stretched HDPE film and the uniaxially stretched PP film have a pouch outlet. The tear directionality can be further stabilized by using it so as to coincide with the tear direction at the time of opening the portion or as much as possible.
And aluminum foil, a silica vapor deposition layer, an EVOH film, etc. are laminated | stacked in order to provide gas barrier property.
In addition, as an example of the sealant layer, two types of L / LDPE film and CPP film were given. However, the L / LDPE film has heat seal stability and content resistance, such as stress cracking resistance against a surfactant. The CPP film is excellent in heat resistance and low odor, and is suitable for packaging contents that require these performances.
[0026]
In addition to the above, the sealant layer has an ethylene / α-olefin copolymer, an ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer, an ethylene / acrylic acid copolymer, an ethylene / acrylic acid ester copolymer, depending on the content to be filled. An ionomer, a polyester resin, or the like can be appropriately selected and used.
[0027]
In particular, an ethylene / α-olefin copolymer polymerized using a single site catalyst such as a metallocene catalyst has a narrow molecular weight distribution and a stable copolymerization ratio. It has excellent sealing properties, and is suitable for a sealant layer of a pouch having a level difference due to a difference in film overlap in a heat seal portion such as a standing pouch in that pinholes can be prevented from being generated due to omission of a seal.
Furthermore, by using a blend of an olefin elastomer with the copolymer, the heat fluidity of the sealant layer is improved, and the generation of pinholes due to the steps can be more effectively prevented.
[0028]
Next, the manufacturing method of the refillable pouch of the present invention manufactured using the above laminated film will be described.
Since the refillable pouch of the present invention has a main body portion of a standing pouch type, it can be basically manufactured using a conventional pouch-making machine for standing pouches.
[0029]
只 It differs from a normal standing pouch in that the following configuration is added.
(1) A point where a spout is provided at the corner of the upper part of the pouch.
(2) A notch is provided on both sides of the spout.
(3) Further, if necessary, easy opening means is provided in the spout portion.
(4) The wall film of the pouch is provided with bulges of various shapes from the spout part to the main part of the pouch.
[0030]
Therefore, a processing apparatus for providing the additional components described in (1) to (4) above, that is, a trimming apparatus for providing a spout part, a notch part, etc., a heat sealing apparatus or the like is added or changed, And, for example, an embossing device for providing a curved bulge on the pouch wall film, or a laser beam irradiation device for providing a half-cut line, or the like is incorporated into a standing pouch bag making machine, or a part thereof Can be easily manufactured by preparing as a separate line.
[0031]
In addition, the bulge height of the bulge part provided in the said wall surface film is although it does not specifically limit, About 1-7 mm is preferable in the spout part, and about 2-5 mm is still more preferable. When the height is less than 1 mm, the effect on the natural opening is reduced, and when the height is more than 7 mm, there is no necessity thereof, and the processing itself becomes difficult, and at the same time, the spout part becomes bulky and empty. This is not preferable because the handleability of the bag and the suitability for loading in the filling and sealing machine are lowered.
[0032]
For example, in the case of the refilling pouch according to the first aspect of the present invention, the height of the portion other than the spout portion of the bulge portion is inclined at the intermediate portion where the width gradually decreases from the spout portion toward the diagonally downward direction. In addition, it can be lowered to about 2 to 0.8 mm.
In particular, the shape of the lower part of the bulging part is suitably a trapezoidal shape in which the width of the rising part is 3 to 4 mm, the width of the upper surface is 1 to 2.5 mm, and the height is about 1.5 to 2 mm.
Further, in the case of the refilling pouch of the invention described in
