【0051】
モータ制御用相電圧演算部41は、インバータ31への入力電圧Vmを電圧センサー21から受け、モータM1の各相に流れるモータ電流MCRTをドライブ回路32から受け、トルク指令値TR(車両におけるアクセルペダルの踏み込み度合い、ハイブリッド車両においてはエンジンの動作状態をも考慮しながらモータに与えるべきトルク指令を演算して得られている)を外部ECUから受ける。

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional inverter-integrated motor device, the switching element constituting the inverter and the capacitor provided on the input side of the inverter are arranged symmetrically with respect to the rotating shaft of the motor, so that the switching element and the capacitor are connected. There was a problem that the wiring of this was complicated.
[0025]
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object thereof is to provide an inverter device in which wiring is simplified.
[0026]
Another object of the present invention is to provide an electric motor-integrated inverter device using an inverter device with simplified wiring.
[0027]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention]
According to this invention, the inverter device disposed on the end face of the multiphase motor includes a plurality of arms, a positive electrode conductor, a negative electrode conductor, and a plurality of output conductors. Each of the plurality of arms has an upper arm and a lower arm extending in the radial direction from the rotation shaft of the multiphase motor. The positive electrode conductor connects the positive electrode sides of the plurality of upper arms included in the plurality of arms, and extends in the rotation direction of the rotor included in the multiphase electric motor. The negative electrode conductor connects the negative electrode sides of the plurality of lower arms included in the plurality of arms, and extends in the rotation direction of the rotor. The output conductor is disposed between the positive electrode conductor and the negative electrode conductor so as to correspond to the plurality of arms, and is electrically at the same potential as the midpoint between the upper arm and the lower arm.
[0028]
Preferably, the negative electrode conductor is disposed closer to the rotating shaft side of the multiphase motor than the positive electrode conductor.
[0029]
Preferably, each of the plurality of arms further includes first and second flywheel diodes corresponding to the upper arm and the lower arm, respectively. The first and second flywheel diodes extend in the radial direction.
[0030]
Preferably, the inverter device further includes a drive circuit. The drive circuit drives and controls the upper arm and the lower arm. The drive circuit is disposed between two adjacent arms of the plurality of arms.
[0031]
Preferably, each of the plurality of lower arms is disposed on the output conductor.
Preferably, the inverter device further includes a plurality of shunt resistors and a plurality of shunt resistor conductors. The plurality of shunt resistors are provided corresponding to the plurality of arms, and one end of each is connected to the output conductor. The plurality of shunt resistor conductors are provided corresponding to the plurality of arms, and each connects the other end of the shunt resistor to each phase of the motor, bypassing the positive electrode conductor.
[0032]
Preferably, two adjacent arms of the plurality of arms and two shunt resistance conductors corresponding to the two arms are arranged in line symmetry with respect to the drive circuit.
[0033]
According to the invention, the motor-integrated inverter device includes a multiphase motor and the inverter device. The inverter device is disposed on the end face of the multiphase motor. The inverter device includes a plurality of arms, a positive electrode conductor, a negative electrode conductor, and a plurality of output conductors. The plurality of output conductors are disposed between the positive electrode conductor and the negative electrode conductor so as to correspond to the plurality of arms, and include a plurality of output conductors that are electrically at the same potential as the midpoint of the upper arm and the lower arm.
[0034]
In the present invention, the positive electrode conductor and the negative electrode conductor are concentrically arranged on the rotating shaft of the motor. A number of arms corresponding to the number of phases of the motor are radially arranged between the positive electrode conductor and the negative electrode conductor about the rotation axis. Further, the positive electrode conductor and the negative electrode conductor extend in the rotation direction of the motor.
[0035]
Therefore, according to this invention, even if an inverter apparatus is provided in the end surface of a motor, the wiring of an inverter apparatus can be simplified.
