BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a skin external preparation for hair growth, and more specifically, an extract of a herbal medicine having a liquid squeezing action based on a liquid tsunami theory, an active ingredient thereof, and an extract of a morning glory plant (Evolvulus) having an angiogenic activity. Contained by improving the physiology of biological tissues and promoting the maintenance and promotion of peripheral blood vessel formation around the hair root and the maintenance of nutritional supply due to the decrease of female hormones and aging, it is excellent in usability by promoting Further, the present invention relates to a skin external preparation for hair growth having a remarkable hair growth effect.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Maintaining abundant and dark hair forever is what every man and woman wants to look younger. However, due to aging phenomena, genetic predispositions, and social stress, the hair gradually falls off, causing thin hair and wrinkles. In order to prevent such alopecia, various manufacturers have worked hard to develop hair restorers. Herbal agents such as minoxidil, hawthorn, herbal extracts such as ginkgo and ginger, pantothenyl ethyl ether, alloxazine, adenosine-3 ′, 5′-cyclic monophosphate (c-AMP) have been developed so far. There is.
[0003]
However, hair growth agents that have been developed so far have insufficient hair growth promoting effects and may cause side effects such as skin irritation, and so far they are effective and safe. The current situation was not. Therefore, a hair nourishing agent that is excellent in hair growth promoting action and high in safety has been desired.
[0004]
Tsu fluid action is related to water in the concept of qi, blood, and water in the Kampo philosophy, and the present inventor promotes the metabolism of body fluids such as digestive juice, saliva, urine, etc. to several kinds of herbal extracts. It has been clarified that the tsuyu theory has been built. Basically, Tsu fluid theory is the concept of normal distribution of bodily fluids containing nutrients from blood vessels or lymph vessels to peripheral tissues. This function controls the distribution and maintains and improves the physiological function of living tissue by supplying nutrients and removing waste products. By maintaining and improving the physiological function of the biological tissue, for example, skin behaviour, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis vulgaris, senile xerosis, burns and other skin diseases, hair growth promoting, sweating promoting, Digestive fluid secretion promoting action, diuretic action, bowel movement promoting action, etc. are recognized.
[0005]
On the other hand, the morning glory (Evolvulus alsinoides L.) of the genus Evolvulus (Convolvulaceae) is a weed widely distributed from the tropics to the subtropics of the world. It is a perennial plant with a delicate feel, and its stem is 20 to 70 cm long. Place 2 to 3 light blue or white flowers 8-10 mm in diameter at the tip of a leaf bud or stem. Whole grass was used as a tonic and antipyretic. In China, it is also known as Dochokei, and the whole plant has been used as a medicine for jaundice, diarrhea, and swelling. Components in the whole plant include flavonoid glycosides, phenols, amino acids, saccharides, pentatriacontane, phytosterol (β-sitosterol, campesterol, stigmasteranol), betaine, triacontane and the like.
[0006]
In addition to this, other than the morning glory (Evolvulus alsinoides L.) and the marsh morning glory (Evolvulus rotundifolia) in the genus Evolvulus, Evolvulus boninensis grows naturally in the Ogasawara Islands. Other closely related species include Evolvulus pilosus, Evolvulus arbuscula ssp. Canus, Evolvulus nummularius, Evolvulus sericus (Evolvulus serisus, etc.). It is known that an external preparation for hair growth formulated with an extract of the plant of the genus Asagaokara (Evolvulus) has a good hair-growth promoting effect accompanying angiogenesis around the hair root.
[0007]
However, there is no known skin external preparation for hair growth consisting of a crude drug essence having a tsuyu action and a crude drug essence having an angiogenic activity. The synergistic effect of normal distribution from the duct to the peripheral tissue significantly promotes hair growth, hair restoration and hair loss prevention effects against hair loss, thinning hair, wrinkles, etc. caused by hormonal loss accompanying aging, and is highly safe, It has never been known that an external preparation for hair growth excellent in usability can be obtained.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made under such circumstances, and for hair loss, thinning hair, wrinkles, etc. caused by hormonal reduction accompanying aging, the hair growth / hair growth effect and hair loss prevention effect are significantly promoted, and safety An object of the present invention is to provide a skin external preparation for hair growth that is high in use and excellent in usability.
[0009]
[Means for solving problems]
In view of such a situation, the present inventors have significantly promoted hair-growth, hair-restoration effect and hair-growth prevention effect against hair loss, thinning hair, wrinkles and the like due to hormone reduction accompanying aging, and have high safety. As a result of earnest research and seeking a skin external preparation for hair growth with excellent usability, the essence of a herbal medicine having a tsu liquid action and a herbal medicine essence having an angiogenic activity are contained in a skin external preparation for hair restoration, etc. By doing so, it has been found that hair growth, hair growth effect and hair loss prevention effect are remarkably promoted against hair loss, thinning hair, wrinkles, etc. due to hormonal decrease accompanying aging, and has high safety and excellent usability, invention It came to complete. Among them, the herbal medicine having a tsuyu action is blended with the skin external preparation for hair growth of the present invention because the extracts of chorei, bukkake, carrot, toki, pepper, chimpi, spruce and tonin are excellent in hair growth promoting effect. It is preferable to be used as a crude drug extract. Here, the extract is the plant itself of the plant, a processed product obtained by drying, chopping, or pulverizing the plant, an extract obtained by extracting the plant or the processed product with a solvent, a solvent for the extract. It is a generic term for a solvent-removed product, an extract, or a purified fraction obtained by purifying the solvent-removed product by column chromatography or liquid-liquid extraction. Among these, as the hair growth promoter of the present invention, a whole plant solvent extract or a solvent removal product thereof can be preferably exemplified, and a polar solvent can be preferably exemplified as such a solvent. Examples of such polar solvents include alcohols such as water, ethanol, methanol, 1,3-butanediol, and propylene glycol, esters such as ethyl acetate and methyl formate, ketones such as acetone and methyl ethyl ketone, chloroform, and the like. Preferred examples include one or more selected from halogenated hydrocarbons such as methylene chloride, nitriles such as acetonitrile, and ethers such as diethyl ether and tetrahydrofuran. Of these, water and / or alcohols are more preferable. A particularly preferred solvent is 50% ethanol. In order to prepare such an extract, a 1 to 10-fold amount of a solvent is added to a plant body or a processed product, and it is immersed for several days at room temperature or for several hours at a temperature near the boiling point. Thereafter, the insoluble matter is removed by filtration or the like, and the solvent can be removed by vacuum concentration or lyophilization as necessary. The active ingredients of the herbal medicine may be those already known. For example, isoflavones that are the active ingredients of cuckoo and tanto cows, anthraquinones that are the active ingredients of Diou and Rokai, other anthocyanins, alkaloids, Preferred examples include saccharides, phytosterols, flavones, and tannins. Among these, it is preferable to use a herbal extract in the present invention. This is because there is a synergistic effect by components other than the active ingredient. The content of the herbal extract having a lyostatic action used in the skin external preparation for hair growth of the present invention is 0.01 to 70% by weight, preferably 0.1 to 20% by weight, more preferably 0.5 to 5% by weight. This is because if the amount is too small, the hair-restoring effect due to the tsunami action will not be sufficiently exhibited, and if the amount is too large, the degree of freedom in formulating will be impaired or the effect will reach its peak. By including a herbal extract with a tsu-liquor action in an external preparation for hair growth, it promotes the maintenance and improvement of the physiological function of the skin tissue through the control of nutrients from the vascular and lymphatic systems, and nourishes to the hair root tissue, etc. By promoting the supply, it is excellent in promoting hair growth, and thus has the effect of preventing or improving wrinkles, thinning, and hair loss.

Canus, Evolvulus nummularius, Evolvulus serisceus var holosericeus. Any of these plants can be used as the extract of the present invention. Among them, the extract of morning glory (Evolvulus alsinoides L.) is preferable. The part of the plant body from which the extract is extracted is the whole plant. This is because the whole plant contains a lot of hair growth promoting substances. Here, the extract means a plant body of the plant itself, a processed product obtained by drying, chopping, pulverizing the plant body, an extract obtained by extracting the plant body or the processed product with a solvent, and a solvent of the extract. It means a general term for the removed solvent-removed product, the extract or the purified fraction obtained by purifying the solvent-removed product by column chromatography or liquid-liquid extraction. It is preferable to use the whole grass of Evolvulus alsinoides L. from the convolvulaceae plant, which is sufficiently dried, extracted with 50% ethanol, filtered paper, It is preferred to concentrate under reduced pressure and optionally freeze-dry the extract.
