Description
[実施の形態1]
実施の形態1で説明する組電池は、9個の扁平型単電池(以下、単に単電池と記載する)をその縦方向と横方向に3個ずつ配列し、配列した単電池を単電池の厚み方向に複数積層し、積層された単電池を積層方向両面からヒートシンクで加圧して一体的に保持してなるものである。本実施の形態で説明する組電池は、ヒートシンクの撓みを考慮して、すべての単電池に同じ面圧がかかるように、単電池の厚みに応じてその配置位置を決めている。以下にこの組電池の構成を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
[実施の形態2]
実施の形態2で説明する組電池は、実施の形態1で説明した電池とほぼ同じであるが、単電池積層体の高さ調整をシムによって行っている点が相違する。
150 単電池、
200 中間ヒートシンク、
250、250A〜250F 単電池積層体、
260A 高さ調整用シム、
260B 高さ微調整用シム、
270 シム、
300A、300B ヒートシンク、
310A〜310D 固定ボルト。
Claims (8)
- 複数の扁平型単電池が積層されてなる単電池積層体を平面的に複数配置し、配置された複数の単電池積層体を当該単電池の積層方向両面から板状の保持部材によって狭圧することによって前記単電池積層体を一括して保持してなる組電池であって、
前記板状の保持部材に接続するとともに、前記保持部材に前記単電池積層体を狭圧する狭圧力を発生させる接続部材を有し、
各単電池積層体の高さは前記接続部材で接続された前記保持部材によってすべての単電池に均等の面圧が付与されるように前記保持部材の撓みを考慮して調整されていることを特徴とする組電池。 - 各単電池積層体の高さの調整は単電池積層体ごとに異なる厚みの単電池を積層させることによって行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の組電池。
- 各単電池積層体の高さの調整は各単電池積層体と前記保持部材との間に介在させるシムの厚みによって行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の組電池。
- 前記シムは、非弾性材料で構成された高さ調整用シムと弾性材料で構成された高さ微調整用シムの2種類のシムから形成されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の組電池。
- 前記シムは、非弾性材料で構成された高さ調整用シムと弾性材料で構成された高さ微調整用シムとが一体となっているシムであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の組電池。
- 前記単電池積層体を狭圧する狭圧力を発生させる接続部材は単電池積層方向両側の2枚の保持部材を接続し、前記接続部材との接続部位に対する前記保持部材の撓みが大きな領域程単電池積層体の高さは高くなっていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の組電池。
- 前記保持部材と接続部材との接続部位は、前記保持部材の外周方向に沿って設けられ、前記単電池積層体の高さは組電池外周の領域から中央の領域に向かうにつれて高くなっていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の組電池。
- 前記保持部材は、前記単電池積層体を冷却するヒートシンクであることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の組電池。
