Claims (10)
- 少なくとも部分的に径方向に延在する第1の部分と、
少なくとも部分的に軸方向に延在する周方向のフランジと、
を有するタービンエンジンのディスクであって、
前記周方向のフランジは、
前記フランジを前記第1の部分に連結する根部と、
リムと、
おもりを取り付けるための第1の締結具用開口部および第2の締結具用開口部からなる複数の開口部対と、
前記複数の開口部対のうち対応する一対の第1の締結具用開口部と第2の締結具用開口部との間でそれぞれ前記リムに設けられた複数の第1のリセスと、
前記複数の開口部対のうち対応する第1の対の第1の締結具用開口部と、第2の対の第2の締結具用開口部と、の間でそれぞれ前記リムに設けられた複数の第2のリセスと、
を備えることを特徴とするタービンエンジンのディスク。 - 前記第2のリセスは、前記第1のリセスよりも深いことを特徴とする請求項1記載のタービンエンジンのディスク。
- 前記開口部の軸方向位置において、前記第2のリセスは、前記フランジの内側面および外側面に沿って前記第1のリセスよりも幅が広くなっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタービンエンジンのディスク。
- 前記ディスクに固定されたおもりをさらに備え、
前記おもりは、前記複数の開口部対のうち対応する一対の前記第1の締結具用開口部に係合する第1の締結具と、前記一対の前記第2の締結具用開口部に係合する第2の締結具と、により前記ディスクに固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタービンエンジンのディスク。 - タービンディスクの再生方法であって、このタービンディスクは、
少なくとも部分的に径方向に延在する第1の部分と、
少なくとも部分的に軸方向に延在する周方向のフランジと、
を有し、前記周方向のフランジは、
前記フランジを前記第1の部分に連結する根部と、
リムと、
おもりを取り付けるための第1の締結具用開口部および第2の締結具用開口部からなる複数の開口部対と、
前記複数の開口部対の対応する第1の対の第1の締結具用開口部と、これに隣接する第2の対の第2の締結具用開口部と、の間でそれぞれ前記リムに設けられた複数の第1のリセスと、
を備えており、
前記再生方法は、前記複数の開口部対のうち対応する一対の第1の締結具用開口部と第2の締結具用開口部との間でそれぞれ前記リムに設けられる複数の第2のリセスを機械加工することを含むことを特徴とするタービンディスクの再生方法。 - 前記機械加工の前に前記タービンディスクをタービンエンジンから取り外すことをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載のタービンディスクの再生方法。
- 前記第1のリセスを拡大することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載のタービンディスクの再生方法。
- 前記リムを前記第1および第2の締結具用開口部の軸に近づけるために、該リムを削ることをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載のタービンディスクの再生方法。
- 前記拡大は、前記締結具用開口部のそれぞれの軸の間の長手方向位置で少なくとも行われることを特徴とする請求項7記載のタービンディスクの再生方法。
- 前記拡大の前に前記タービンディスクからおもりを取り除くことと、
前記拡大の後に前記タービンディスクにおもりを設置することと、
をさらに含む請求項7記載のタービンディスクの再生方法。
