【0001】
【0012】
また、基材としてPET/ONYの2層シート、シーラントとしてポリオレフィン系樹脂の組み合わせの場合には、PET/ONY/CPP、PET/ONY/LLDPE、PET/ONY/LDPE等の積層シートが挙げられる。
【0013】
例えば、EVA(エチレンビニルアセテート)、ポリオレフィン系樹脂にSBS(スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン)ゴム、EPR(エチレン−プロピレンラバー)等のゴムを混練したもの、PP(ポリプロピレン)とPE(ポリエチレン)の混合物等が挙げられる。
【0015】
また、積層シートとしては、PP/EVOH/PPや、PS(ポリスチレン)/EVOH/PE等の多層シートも挙げられる。

例えば、添加物としては、EVA(エチレンビニルアセテート)、ポリオレフィン系樹脂にSBS(スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン)ゴム、EPR(エチレン−プロピレンラバー)等のゴムを混練したもの、PP(ポリプロピレン)とPE(ポリエチレン)の混合物等が挙げられる。
【0018】

例えば、添加物としては、EVA(エチレンビニルアセテート)、ポリオレフィン系樹脂にSBS(スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン)ゴム、EPR(エチレン−プロピレンラバー)等のゴムを混練したもの、PP(ポリプロピレン)とPE(ポリエチレン)の混合物等が挙げられる。
【0025】
【0037】
包装体本体2のシート20、21は、ONY(15μm)/EVOH(12μm)/LLDPE(60μm)の3層構造の積層シートを採用している。
熱可塑性樹脂層10Bは、LLDPE(直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン)からなるものである。
【0043】
なお、本実施形態では、L1(200mm)、L2(120mm)、L3(15mm)D2(17mm)、D3(8.5mm)、T1(0.2mm)、T2(0.1mm)、W1(20mm)、W2(15mm)としている。
【0044】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a package with an atmosphere improving tape and a method for producing a package with an atmosphere improving tape.
[0002]
[Background]
Conventionally, a deoxidant enclosed in a sachet is enclosed in the package to prevent oxidation of food and medicine, or a desiccant enclosed in a sachet is enclosed in the package to prevent deterioration due to moisture absorption of the food and medicine, In addition, it is common practice to enclose an antifungal agent contained in a sachet in order to prevent molds on clothing. As described above, various atmosphere improving substances are used in order to keep the various packages in appropriate states.
[0003]
However, when a sachet encapsulating an atmosphere-improving substance such as oxygen scavenger, desiccant, and antifungal agent is placed in a packaging body for packaging a product, the sachet is not fixed in the packaging bag. There is a problem that the product is mixed with the product and gives a sense of incongruity, and in some cases, the substance in the sachet is accidentally eaten or cooked.
[0004]
Therefore, as a film constituting the package, an oxygen-absorbing film having a multilayer structure of an oxygen-absorbing layer mixed with an oxygen scavenger and a layer made of another thermoplastic resin (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-137838). And a dehumidifying film (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-39379) having a multilayer structure of a desiccant layer mixed with a desiccant and a layer made of another thermoplastic resin has been proposed. In these techniques, the atmosphere improving layer such as an oxygen absorbing layer or a desiccant layer is configured by kneading an oxygen scavenger and a desiccant into predetermined thermoplastic resins (1).
Moreover, as a film which comprises a package body, the film etc. which are obtained by extruding the thermoplastic resin which has atmosphere improvement property, such as a deoxygenation property, are originally mentioned (2).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]

However, there is a problem that there are many restrictions on the selection of the atmosphere improving substance.
Moreover, when processing an atmosphere improving film like (1), since it processes by coextrusion molding of resin which forms an atmosphere improvement layer, and other resin, the adhesion | attachment which can adhere | attach the above-mentioned resin An adhesive layer having an agent may be required. For this reason, when the combination of the adhesive and the atmosphere improving substance is also taken into consideration, there is a problem that the selection of the atmosphere improving substance is further limited.
[0006]
Moreover, in the package using the films of (1) and (2), the atmosphere improving layer may have a structure exposed to the outside of the package at the cross-sectional portion of the film end. Therefore, when this package is boiled or heated, the atmosphere improving substance of the atmosphere improving layer may be eluted from the cross-sectional portion of the film end and contaminate the periphery of the package.

[0025]
The shape of the atmosphere improving tape is not particularly limited, but is usually a long rectangular shape. Moreover, as a form of the cross section, the atmosphere improving layer may be a form having a cross section covered with the thermoplastic resin layer. For example, the rectangular atmosphere improving layer is completely covered with the thermoplastic resin layer. Various forms, such as a form in which the periphery of the circular atmosphere improving layer is covered with a donut-shaped thermoplastic resin layer, can be employed.
[0026]
Further, the form of the end portion of the atmosphere improving tape is not particularly limited. For example, the end portion of the tape is formed in a linear shape, and the end portion of the tape is formed in a semicircular arc shape. And at least the portion of the atmosphere improving layer at the end of the tape is cut out in a semicircular shape.
[0027]
Examples of the method for producing the atmosphere improving tape include a coextrusion method such as a multilayer coextrusion method and a multilayer deformed extrusion method.
[0028]
As a method for producing a package with an atmosphere-improving tape, for example, an atmosphere-improving tape includes a long belt-like sheet to which the atmosphere-improving tape is thermally bonded and a sheet to which the atmosphere-improving tape is not thermally bonded. Examples of the method include a method of forming a bag shape by overlapping and heat bonding so as to be inside the sheet to be a package. Also, as a method for attaching the tape, there is a method in which a long strip-like sheet in a roll form is fed out, and the atmosphere improving tape is fed out in parallel and thermally bonded.
[0029]
According to the present invention as described above, the atmosphere-improving tape for improving the atmosphere inside the package body is thermally bonded to the inside of the package body, whereby the structure for imparting the atmosphere improving property to the narrow tape is provided. Therefore, unlike the conventional case, there is no problem that it is difficult to make the fluidity of the resin for forming into a film having a large dimension appropriate. Therefore, since there are fewer restrictions on the selection of the atmosphere improving substance, the number of atmosphere improving substances that can be employed can be increased.
In addition, since the thermoplastic resin layer has a cross section that covers the atmosphere improving layer, an adhesive that fixes the atmosphere improving layer and the thermoplastic resin layer is not required. Therefore, there is no need to consider the combination of the adhesive and the atmosphere improving substance, and there is no restriction on the selection of the atmosphere improving substance.
Furthermore, since the end portion in the extending direction of the atmosphere improving tape is embedded in the heat bonding portion of the sheet, the atmosphere improving layer is not exposed outside the package. Therefore, since the atmosphere improving substance does not elute from the atmosphere improving layer, the surroundings of the package are not contaminated.
[0030]
In the package with an atmosphere improving tape of the present invention, it is preferable that a cutout portion having a central portion recessed from an end portion in the width direction is formed at the extending direction end portion of the atmosphere improving tape.
[0031]
According to this, the thermal bonding portion of the sheet that overlaps the position corresponding to the notch portion wraps around in the thickness direction of the tape at the end portion in the extending direction of the atmosphere improving tape and is thermally bonded. Therefore, since the end portion in the extending direction of the atmosphere improving tape is blocked, the leakage of the atmosphere improving substance from the atmosphere improving layer can be further reduced. Moreover, since the area of the heat bonding part between sheets becomes large, the adhesive strength of a heat bonding part can be improved, and the leak of the contents can be prevented reliably.
[0032]
In the package with an atmosphere improving tape of the present invention, it is preferable that the cutout portion is formed in a semicircular shape.
According to this, the end portion in the extending direction of the tape is notched as it goes to the central portion in the width direction of the tape. Here, the atmosphere improving layer is formed at a substantially central portion in the width direction of the tape. Therefore, since the distance of the atmosphere improving layer from the end portion in the extending direction of the tape is increased, the leakage of the atmosphere improving substance from the atmosphere improving layer can be further reduced.
[0033]
In the package with an atmosphere improving tape of the present invention, the atmosphere improving tape preferably has an adhesive strength between the atmosphere improving layer and the thermoplastic resin layer of 500 g / 15 mm width or more.
If the adhesive strength between the atmosphere improving layer and the thermoplastic resin layer is less than 500 g / 15 mm width, peeling may easily occur between the atmosphere improving layer and the thermoplastic resin layer.
[0034]
The manufacturing method of the packaging body with an atmosphere improving tape according to the present invention includes a packaging body main body configured by thermally bonding the edge portions of the overlapped sheets and blocking ventilation to the contents, and the inside of the packaging body main body. A process for producing a package with an atmosphere-improving tape comprising an atmosphere-improving tape which is thermally bonded to the atmosphere and improves the atmosphere inside the package, An atmosphere improving layer containing an atmosphere improving substance, and a thermoplastic resin layer having a cross section covering the atmosphere improving layer and thermally bonded to the inner surface of the sheet, the atmosphere improving layer being a core, and the thermoplastic resin layer Molded by coextrusion method with sheath A notch hole forming step of forming notch holes in the atmosphere improving tape at predetermined intervals, and a tape bonding step of thermally bonding the atmosphere improving tape having the notch holes formed at predetermined intervals to any of the stacked sheets. And a sheet bonding step for thermally bonding the stacked sheets according to a notch hole forming position, and a sheet cutting step for cutting the thermally bonded portion of the sheet at a position where the notch hole is divided. It is characterized by that.
[0035]
According to the present invention, since the thermal bonding portion of the sheet is cut at a position where the cutout hole is divided, the end surface portion of the cut sheet of the atmosphere improving tape is separated from the cut end face portion. It will be. That is, the end portion of the atmosphere improving tape is embedded in the heat bonding portion of the sheet, and the atmosphere improving layer is not exposed outside the package. Therefore, since the atmosphere improving substance does not elute from the atmosphere improving layer, a package that does not contaminate the surroundings of the package can be manufactured.

This sheet was formed using a multilayer sheet extrusion apparatus equipped with two extruders having a screw diameter of 30 mmφ. The upper and lower outer layer resins were extruded by one extruder, and the intermediate inner layer resin was extruded by the other extruder. As the resin for the outer layer, LLDPE (Moretech 0238CN: manufactured by Idemitsu Petrochemical Co., Ltd.) was used. The inner layer resin is polystyrene (Idemitsu Styrofol ET63: manufactured by Idemitsu Petrochemical Co., Ltd.) and iron powder-based oxygen absorbent (consisting of iron powder and salt with a specific gravity of 2.0 or more and a specific surface area of 0.5 or more) However, a master batch that was kneaded at a weight ratio of 40:60 and processed into a pellet was extruded and used. The adhesive strength of the inner layer and the outer layer of this sheet was 500 g / 15 mm width.
[0084]
[Evaluation test]
Each packaging body obtained in Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 was filled with 100 ml of water and 2 ml of air from the opening side, and the opening was thermally bonded to a width of 10 mm to seal the packaging body.
The sealed package was heated at 115 ° C. for 40 minutes and then the state of the package was confirmed.
In Example 1, there was no leakage of the iron powder and PS in the atmosphere improvement layer, and it was determined that it was practical. In Comparative Example 1, the end portion of the tape coincided with the end portion of the package, and therefore PS was eluted from the end portion of the tape, and it was determined that there was no practicality. In Comparative Example 2, it was determined that there was no practicality because the layers of the sheets constituting the package were separated.
[0085]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the atmosphere improving tape for improving the atmosphere inside the package body is thermally bonded to the inside of the package body, it has a structure for imparting atmosphere improvement to a narrow tape. As in the prior art, there is no problem that it is difficult to make the fluidity of the resin for forming into a film having a large dimension appropriate.
