Description
本発明の第2の目的は、簡単で早く接触角度を大幅に低減する長所を備えたトリアセチルセルロースフィルムの水に対する接触角度を低減する方法を提供することにある。
本発明の第3の目的は、低コストという長所を有するトリアセチルセルロースフィルムの水に対する接触角度を低減する方法を提供することにある。
Claims (5)
- トリアセチルセルロースフィルムの水に対する接触角度を低減するための、トリアセチルセルロースフィルムの前処理方法であって、
前記トリアセチルセルロースフィルムをアルカリ槽へ通して行うアルカリ洗浄工程と、
前記トリアセチルセルロースフィルムを第1の洗浄槽へ通して行う第1の洗浄工程と、
前記トリアセチルセルロースフィルムを酸洗浄槽へ通して行う酸洗浄工程と、
前記トリアセチルセルロースフィルムを第2の洗浄槽へ通して行う第2の洗浄工程とを含み、
前記第2の洗浄槽の洗浄液へアルコール類を添加し、前記第2の洗浄槽中の前記アルコール類の濃度を所定濃度にすることを特徴とするトリアセチルセルロースフィルムの前処理方法。 - 前記アルコール類は、メチルアルコール、エチルアルコール及びプロピルアルコールからなるグループから一つを選択することを特徴とする請求項1記載のトリアセチルセルロースフィルムの前処理方法。
- 前記アルコール類は、イソプロピルアルコールであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のトリアセチルセルロースフィルムの前処理方法。
- 前記所定濃度は、2wt%以上〜100wt%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のトリアセチルセルロースフィルムの前処理方法。
- 前記所定濃度は、4wt%以上〜6wt%以下であることを特徴とする請求項4記載のトリアセチルセルロースフィルムの前処理方法。
