Abstract
Description
【0001】

[0033]
As described above, in the present embodiment, the carrier C having a pin hole as a concave portion at the bottom portion is targeted. However, in the case of a carrier having a convex portion at the bottom portion, the carrier in the vertical direction is provided with a concave portion that fits the convex portion on the mounting table. What is necessary is just to detect whether the position of the bottom face is in a reference | standard bottom face position.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
In the carrier mounting apparatus according to the first aspect, the carrier is positioned by being mounted so that the fitting portion at the bottom and the positioning means of the mounting portion are fitted.
When the carrier is normally placed, the fitting portion and the positioning means are fitted, so that the carrier is positioned at a predetermined reference position in the vertical direction.
On the other hand, when the carrier is not normally placed, the fitting portion and the positioning means are not fitted, so that the carrier is positioned at a position deviating from the reference position in the vertical direction.
And a detection part detects the position of a carrier in an up-down direction, and an alerting | reporting means alert | reports outside whether the carrier was normally mounted according to the detection result of the detection part.
[0035]
That is, when detecting that the vertical position of the carrier is at the reference position, the notification unit notifies that the carrier is normally placed, and conversely, the position where the carrier position deviates from the reference position. When it is detected that the carrier is present, the notification unit notifies that the carrier is not normally placed.
As a result, it is possible to accurately confirm whether or not the placed carrier is normally placed.
[0036]
In the carrier mounting device according to the first aspect , the sensor of the detection unit detects the position of the bottom surface of the carrier in the vertical direction.
When the bottom surface of the carrier is positioned at a predetermined reference bottom surface position, the notification unit notifies that the carrier is normally placed, and conversely, the carrier position is shifted from the reference position. When it is positioned, it is notified that the carrier is not normally placed.
As a result, it is possible to accurately confirm whether or not the placed carrier is normally placed.
[0037]
Furthermore, according to the carrier detection device of claim 1, since the vertical position of the carrier bottom can be detected without contact, there is no contact between the detection unit and the carrier, and the generation of contaminants on the substrate caused by the contact is prevented. it can. Further, it is possible to prevent the detection portion from being worn by friction with the carrier.

[0040]
According to the carrier mounting apparatus of the fourth aspect , since the presence / absence of the carrier can be detected in a non-contact manner, there is no contact between the presence / absence detecting portion and the carrier, and the generation of contaminants caused by the contact can be prevented. Further, it is possible to prevent wear of the presence / absence detecting unit due to friction with the carrier.
