Description
そのようなカバーホイルは知られている。この既知のホイルは、ポリエステルの第一層およびそれと結合された感圧性または熱活性グルー層を有してなる。本発明の目的は、2つの様相の組み合わせ、すなわち、ある構造を供された第一層および熱活性グルー層を与え得るようにカバーホイルを具体化することである。グルー層を活性化する際に、存在する構造に悪影響を及ぼしてはならない。
上記の既知ホイルはこれらの要求を満たさない。
すなわち、本発明の目的は、ある構造、例えば主表面からプレスされたテキスチャーおよび/またはパターンを有する光透過性カバーホイルであって、単純な手段を使用して、存在する構造に悪影響することなしに被覆用表面に付着するカバーホイルを提供することである。
上記に関して、本発明は、表面、例えば、要すれば文字、数字、像などのような情報を有する担持プレートの表面に付着させて配置することが意図された光透過性カバーホイルであって、
比較的高い第一の温度、例えば120℃〜200℃の範囲の温度でのみ可塑的に変形でき、例えばポリカーボネート、PMMA、PVC、ABS、PP、PEを含んでなる第一層であって、他の層と一体に結合する前、その間、またはその後に、圧力をかけることによってまたは少なくとも第一の温度まで温度を上昇させることによって、例えば加熱されたプロフィールローラーの適用によって、例えば主表面からプレスされたテキスチャーおよび/またはパターンのような構造が供された第一層;
例えば、ポリカーボネート、PMMA、PVC、ポリエステル/PET、ABSを含んでなる寸法安定性担持層からなる、第一層に付着させた第二層;
比較的低い第二の温度、例えば50℃〜90℃の範囲の温度で溶融でき、したがって熱活性であり、例えばEVA、EEA、EBA、EMA、GBA、またはポリオレフインおよびコポリマーエステル、ポリアセテートエステル、軟化PVCを含む他の低融点プラスチックを含んでなるホットメルト層またはグルー層からなる、第二層に付着させた第三層;
を含んでなるラミネートからなり、それぞれの層が、接着剤によって、例えば同時押出を使用して相互に結合されているカバーホイルを提供するものである。
ポリエステル/PETが第一層の材料として排除されることに、注目すべきである。
第一層の構造化を予め行い得ること、および使用材料の軟化温度が比較的高いため、例えばほぼ180℃程度であるため、グルー層を例えば70℃の温度で活性化する際に、該構造を有する第一層には影響せず、一方それにもかかわらず、グルー層を十分に活性化し、その結果、カバーホイルが被覆用表面に効果的に付着できることが、本発明の基礎を構成する。
例えばポリエステルからなる第二層は、かなりの非伸張性および非収縮性である。この層は、全カバーホイルを軟化させて例えば取り扱いの容易さを限定することなしに、ラミネート機においてカバーホイル片を加熱することを可能にする。
特定の態様は、第一層および第二層が、1つの一体化した化学的には実質的に均一な層からなるという特徴を有する。ポリエステルが第一層の材料として排除されることに、もう一度注目すべきである。この場合、両方の一体化層は、ポリエステル/PETを排除した材料からなるべきである。
特定の態様は、接着剤が、特にポリエステルおよびポリプロピレンの場合において、例えばコロナ処理のような、少なくとも付着表面の付着向上活性化を含むという特徴を有する。イオン衝撃のような他の関連した処理も、適当である。
異なる層間の付着は、原則的にいずれかの適した方法で行われる。特定の態様では、接着剤が、両方の付着用表面に付着させたプライマー層のような付着層を含んでなる。
すべての適した方法が、ある構造を第一層に供すると考えられる。特定の態様では、第一層に予め、機械的、化学的および/または物理的処理によって構造を供するか、または、例えば蒸着、スパッタリングなどによって構造形成被覆層を供する。
一般に、第一層と第三層の軟化温度は、実質的に、例えば少なくともほぼ30℃で異なっている。いずれの場合においても、カバーホイルを加熱し、被覆用表面上に付着させる際に、第一層の構造に悪影響が及ぶことを避ける必要がある。
優れた紫外線安定性を確実にするために、ラミネートは、適した位置に存在する紫外線ブロック層、例えばラッカー層を含んでなることができる。
Claims (12)
- 表面に付着させて配置することが意図された光透過性カバーホイルであって、
120℃〜200℃の範囲の第一の温度でのみ可塑的に変形できる第一層であって、他の層と一体に結合する前、その間、またはその後に、圧力をかけることによっておよび少なくとも第一の温度まで温度を上昇させることによって、主表面からプレスされた構造が供された、ポリカーボネート、PMMA(ポリメタクリル酸メチル)、PVC(ポリ塩化ビニル)、ABS(アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレン共重合体)、PP(ポリプロピレン)またはPE(ポリエチレン)を含んでなる第一層;
寸法安定性担持層からなる、第一層に付着させた第二層であって、ポリカーボネート、PMMA、PVC、PET(ポリテレフタル酸エチレン)またはABSを含んでなる第二層;
50℃〜90℃の範囲の第二の温度で溶融でき、したがって熱活性であり、ホットメルト層またはグルー層からなる、第二層に付着させた第三層であって、EVA(エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体)、EEA(エチレン-アクリル酸エチル共重合体)、EBA(エチレン-アクリル酸ブチル共重合体)、EMA(エチレン-アクリル酸メチル共重合体)、またはポリオレフィンおよびコポリマーエステル、ポリアセテートエステルまたは軟化PVCを含む他の低融点プラスチックを含んでなる第三層;
を含んでなるラミネートからなり、それぞれの層が、接着剤によってまたは同時押出を使用して相互に結合されているカバーホイル。 - 表面が、文字、数字および/または像の情報を有する担持プレートの表面である請求項1に記載のカバーホイル。
- 第一層の構造が、加熱されたプロフィールローラーの適用によって主表面からプレスされたテキスチャーおよび/またはパターンである請求項1に記載のカバーホイル。
- それぞれの層が、同時押出を使用して相互に結合されている請求項1に記載のカバーホイル。
- 第一層および第二層が、1つの一体化した同一材料の層からなる請求項1に記載のカバーホイル。
- 接着工程が、少なくとも付着表面の付着向上活性化を含む請求項1に記載のカバーホイル。
- 付着向上活性化がコロナ処理である請求項6に記載のカバーホイル。
- 接着剤が、両方の付着用表面に付着させた付着層を構成する請求項1に記載のカバーホイル。
- 付着層がプライマー層である請求項8に記載のカバーホイル。
- 第一層に予め、機械的、化学的および/または物理的処理によって構造を供するか、または、蒸着またはスパッタリングによって構造形成被覆層を供する請求項1に記載のカバーホイル。
- ラミネートが、紫外線ブロック層を含んでなる請求項1に記載のカバーホイル。
- 紫外線ブロック層がラッカー層である請求項11に記載のカバーホイル。
