Abstract

보호층, 프라스틱필름 지지체, 금속증착층,감압접착층 및 이형필름을 순차적으로 포함하는 태양광선 제어필름에 있어서, 상기한 감압처리층과 이형필름 사이에 표면처리층을 더욱 포함하는 태양광선 제어필름은 표면이 끈적거리지 않고 기재필름보다 유연한 이형필름의 사용으로 인해 시공 작업시 위치 수정이 편리하고 기재 필름의 꺽임이 없을 뿐만 아니라 유치창과의 접착력도 우수하다.

제1도는 종래의 일반적인 태양광선 제어필름의 구조를 개략적으로 나타내는 단면도이다, 제2도는 본 발명의 일실시예인 태양광선 제어필름의 구조를 개략적으로 나타내는 단면도이다, 제3도는 상기한 제2도에 도시한 본 발명의 태양광선 제어필름을 유리판에 적용한 경우의 적용 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 보호층, 프라스틱필름 지지체, 금속증착층,감압접착층 및 이형필름을 순차적으로 포함하는 태양광선 제어필름에 있어서, 상기한 감압처리층과 이형필름 사이에 표면처리층을 더욱 포함하는 태양광선 제어필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 이 형필름은 폴리에틸렌 필름인 태양광선 제어필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 폴리에틸렌 필름은 표면조도가 PV치 기준으로 0.1 내지 10㎛인 것인 태양광선 제어필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 표면처리층의 재질은 양이온성 아클릴수지, 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, 변성폴리비닐알콜로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 수지인 태양광선 제어필름.
