Description
「コンカレントROM−RAM光ディスクに関する一実現方法」1992年発行 テレビジョン学会誌Vol.46,No.10,pp.1319〜1324
ROM部のサブコード領域とトラック方向に物理的に略同じ位置に配置されたRAM部に、副情報を記録するサブコード領域を設けたことを特徴とする。
さらに本発明によれば、ユーザを認識するための錠と鍵を生成するために使用されるROM情報をメディアIDに限定することなく他のエリアに設けられたROM情報を使用しても良い。例えば、所有者が作成するRAM情報をそのROM情報を記録するサブコード領域と、物理的に同一の又は近接するRAM部のサブコード領域へ記録するようにして、ROM−RAM同時再生により読み取られたROM情報とRAM情報によりユーザ認識のための錠と鍵を生成する。このように、錠と鍵を生成する基礎となる情報は媒体上の、どの領域に記録されても良くなる。これにより、錠と鍵の記録位置に関する秘匿性が高まり、且つユーザ認識のための不要なアクセスがさらに減少する。
Claims (9)
- 光学的に透明な基板に凹凸等の物理的変化により主情報が記録されているROM部と、その上に少なくとも一回以上の主情報の書き込みが可能な記録層として形成されているRAM部を有し、且つ、ROM部には副情報を記録するサブコード領域が設けられているROM−RAM記録媒体において、
ROM部のサブコード領域とトラック方向に物理的に略同じ位置に配置されたRAM部に、副情報を記録するサブコード領域を設けたことを特徴とするROM−RAM媒体。 - 前記RAM部のサブコード領域には、前記ROM部の主情報と前記RAM部の主情報の間の関連付け情報が記録されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のROM−RAM媒体。
- ROM部の主情報と関連付けられたRAM部の主情報は、前記RAM部の主情報を読み取る時に、シームレスに再生される位置に記録されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のROM−RAM媒体。
- 前記RAM部のリードイン領域に設けられたサブコード領域にはユーザ登録情報が記録され、且つ前記RAM部のデータ記録領域に設けられたサブコード領域には、ユーザ情報に基づくアクセス管理情報が記録されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のROM−RAM媒体。
- 前記RAM部のデータ記録領域に設けられたサブコード領域に記録されるユーザ登録情報に基づくアクセス管理情報は、ROM部の主情報とRAM部の主情報の同時再生許可種別を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のROM−RAM媒体。
- 前記RAM部のリードイン領域に設けられたサブコード領域にはデータのアクセスカウント情報が記録され、且つデータのアクセスカウント情報はROMデータとRAMデータの同時再生の履歴情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のROM−RAM媒体。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のROM−RAM媒体に情報を記録し又は、前記ROM−RAM媒体から情報を再生する、記憶装置。
- 請求項7に記載の記憶装置において、ROM情報とRAM情報からなる錠を生成する手段と、前記錠から鍵を生成する手段と、前記錠から生成された前記鍵と前記記憶装置に入力された鍵との一致を検出する手段を有するユーザ認識手段を有することを特徴とする記憶装置。
- 前記ROM情報とRAM情報は、トラック方向に物理的に略同じ位置に記録されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の記憶装置。
